Golden Tulip Hotel Al Barsha

The building is very very old, that's why the quality of the room is bad, the staff needs training about customer service and the management needs to decide if the building will keep open.
Everything is very old and something is not clean at all. The gym doesn't exist.

But if you need the metro it is very close like 5 min walking

Usually i go to hotels once in month to change of scenery all my experiences were great only in this hotel golden tulip, the room furnitures are very old, noise comes from maintenance room, they spoke, laugh loudly.. ect, the worse thing happened that my gf had flight so we woke up early but the receptionist kinda indian(maybe supervisor) told me to wait for checking the room with rude way ( that never happened before for me) i said ok... After waiting more than five minutes i told him is it done i can go, he said no he didn't ask anyone to check it yet.. anyways waste more minutes then he said ok u can go. So we get late airport. The only good thing in that hotel is the good service of the Egyptian lady receptionist i didn't catch her name. However i don't recommend this hotel. Its my first and last time.

Disappointing Experience at Golden Tulip Al Barsha Hotel
I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Golden Tulip Al Barsha Hotel in Dubai. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Upon arrival, I was charged extra money without any prior announcement on their website. This was not only unexpected but also left me feeling taken advantage of. I had expected a transparent billing process, but it seemed like they were trying to sneak in additional charges.
The real nightmare began when I tried to get some rest. The room was infested with bugs, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. It was like they were having a party in my bed. The presence of insects and ants running around me was not only unsettling but also made me feel uneasy.
When I reported the issue to the receptionists, they seemed uninterested and did nothing to address the problem. It was like they were used to dealing with such complaints and didn't care about the discomfort it caused to guests.
The condition of the toilets was another major issue. They were old and not clean, which added to the overall unhygienic atmosphere of the room.
However, I must commend the staff for their politeness and friendliness. Anil, Desan, and PZ were particularly helpful and courteous. Their professionalism was a silver lining in an otherwise disappointing stay.
In conclusion, I would not recommend the Golden Tulip Al Barsha Hotel to anyone. The extra charges, bug infestation, and poor maintenance of the facilities made my stay unbearable. Despite the friendly staff, the hotel's shortcomings outweighed their positives.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and guests were not allowed. The cleaners were not only dirty themselves, but they barely cleaned the rooms, leaving them smelling unpleasant. Parahant kumar, this guy is the only hospitable one.

Take a picture of the menu before and after you order make sure they didn’t change the prices plus watch out those Latina from Tinder or bumble you dating there they will order a lot I think it’s a setup arranged with the hotel very shady activity. Reported to authority

Poor; the receptionist requested for additional cost, my booking shows the cost as 141 Derham, he asked me to pay over 200, claiming that the price on booking does not reflect the actual rate. I showed him my booking details, he asked me to cancel and book again. When I tried to book again he didn't accept my request.. I had a very bad experience at 6am
