Location: in al Barsha district, 1 km from the shopping center Mall of the Emirates and close to metro station Sharaf DG where you can quickly get to any of the attractions of Dubai – Burj Khalifa, Dubai fountain, Dubai Marina, Dubai Media City and the Golden Souk. 32 km from the airport Dubai.

Consists of one 8-storey building.

The hotel has 125 rooms.

Total area: 1 431 m2.

Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park, the beach entrance fee: about 5 dirham per person). The beach is 900 m.

When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit of approximately 500 dirham for the entire stay (the Deposit is returned in dirham).

Orchid Hotel Al Barsha (formerly the Golden Tulip Al Barsha hotel) is a delightful place to stay. My son and I spent 7 days and are completely satisfied. The location is not more than 250m from the metro station Insurance Market (Red Line), so the hotel is perfectly connected to all other parts of the city. There is one big supermarket and a few smaller ones in the vicinity. There are several restaurants (Indian, Filipino, Iranian, Arabic, American, and others) and cafes - a small cluster of restaurants has just opened. Pharmacies and some shops are also nearby. The hotel is spotless and the room is spacious. Photos are realistic. The excellent breakfast buffet includes various foods and drinks, such as coffee, tea, milk, fruits, vegan meals, toast, sausages, eggs, etc. The swimming pool is small but clean, with sunbeds and a shower. The hotel provides towels in the room and also for the swimming pool. Bottled water, coffee/tea /sugar bags are provided daily. All in all, great stay! If/when I come to Dubai, I will surely stay in this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and the room was clean and comfortable. A special mention to Pramod, who was incredibly friendly and helpful—really made me feel welcome. Also the housekeepers and restaurant staff who opened our wine made our stay easier. The guy from Cameroon treated me so nice, i just forgot his name. Highly recommend!

I ordered Pizza margarita last night. They serve margarita with thick tomato slice. I don't know which recipe was that. When i call to room service to share this. they said we are serving like this but nothing was mention in the menu and they said we can serve you kids pizza instead of this pizza.
But margarita should be only tomato sauce and cheese not with the thick tomato slices.
That was very bad experience.

Hotel staff are very friendly. They even allow us late checkout for 2 rooms. We booked 4 rooms. Unfortunately one of the toilets was flooded on our first night. Water was dripping from the toilet ceiling but they repaired immediately. Another room the tap was loose we could not control the water temperature but they gave us a new room. The 3rd room the carpet in front of the toilet is wet all the time so they gave us extra floor mat. Breakfast spread is good for the price we paid for. Toilet amenities was not top up daily we had to call house keeping all the time. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. I would recommend to visit the restaurant call Food View. 5 minutes walk from hotel. The food there is really good and cheap.

Pests infestation in most of the rooms. Lower floors are noisy at night due to the club music. Some staff members are nice and understanding, but not all.

It’s amazing experience to stay at golden tulip for 6 days. All staff is good but The front desk promod is very helpful and good in attitude..!! We r happy to stay with them. See u again. From guest shafqaat Ahmed room 221.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the front desk. The staff member, Promod, was not only unhelpful but also quite rude to me and my friends. We were there to meet some guests, but he refused to allow us to meet them, despite our polite request. His tone and behavior were unprofessional, making the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable for all of us. It was frustrating, especially given that we expected better service. This experience left us feeling very unwelcome and dissatisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and a metro station. However, the room lacks adequate lighting, and I frequently feel that the sheets are not very clean. Additionally, the hotel offers its own parking facility.
