The check in process was a bit complicated. But the rest was very fine. The breakfast is not at all at a five star hotel level. Very simple with limited choices for fresh products such as fresh juices, fruits, etc.
The lift for such a high rise building is too slow and you need to wait long for the elevator. The swimming and spa facility is very simple and outdated. Nothing fancy or luxury at all.
Overall experience was good and it is a nice place for big families to stay.
We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and oh my god—it was amazing. The food was delicious, especially the main courses. The only downside was that service could be slow when the place got crowded.
The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Mercy,Zeina and Mehdi.

• And of course, Rania, the manager — her presence and leadership were clearly reflected in the outstanding service and positive atmosphere throughout the hotel.
The hotel boasts stunning views, spacious rooms, and a fantastic location — but it’s the team that truly made this stay memorable.

Also the hotel staffs whom we have met and made us feel very much at home and Mr. Hari whom took our luggage to our room and took the time to show us around the spacious suite.
Indeed a truly memorable experience and we hope to stay again we visit Dubai the next time.
