Nice LUXURY room
Airco worked perfectly. Clean room with hot water in short time.
Good breakfast buffet with so friendly staff. High quality furniture as well. Especially the lobby is designed luxurious yet at the same time very tasteful.
The lifeguard/host in the swimming pool area was super friendly and kind.
We asked for silence no music at the pool.
He instantly and in a very professional way responded and helped us with towels and other services in the most friendly way.
I highly recommend a stay in this Hotel.
Pros:
- excellent location near to metro station
- good breakfast option with Indian dishes
- royal interiors
- pool on the terrace
- welcoming staff
- variety of fruits and food available for breakfast
Cons:
- very old interior. Wear and tear can be seen
- very poor Wi-Fi speed. Keeps disconnecting always
- food taste not so good
Overall a decent 5 star property and a good hotel but can’t expect fully 5 star treatment for the money paid.
