Worst hotel to stay in because room service will knock on the door even though DO NOT DISTURB button is swtiched on. If you asked for king size bed they will provide you with 2 single beds joined together (making it a king size bed) which will make the electric sockets/switches right in the middle of the bed and the lights directly on the bed. Talking about the lights they will give you the remote to control the lights but only 2 buttons work 1st for switching off all the lights and 2nd to turn on all the lights and even worst is that if you have the visitors come over to visit you (while staying in this hotel) they won't allow them into your room and will be stopped at the entrance and they will ask for the amount of 200AED to let the guests go into the room and even after paying they will ask for the Emirates id or passport for the visitors. The staff member at the reception with the glasses is very arrogant and rude to the guests

The guy who runs the hobby shop thinks he's a god and all-powerful. He's incredibly rude, treats his customers badly, yells at them, and provides the worst service imaginable, even with a paid reservation. It's the worst option in the area. Right across the street, there's a much better place with quality service.

My stay wasn’t great. The only good part was the clean and well-maintained bathroom. The room itself felt decades old, very dim, and badly in need of renovation. Though it was reasonably clean with a decent mattress, the overall experience was quite disappointing.

My experience at Pearl Swiss Hotel was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the reception service. The front desk staff member, Mohamed, was absolutely unacceptable in his behaviour. He deliberately kept me waiting without any justification and allowed guests who came after me to check in before I did. His arrogance and lack of basic hospitality are shocking for a property of this level. In an industry where respect for guests is the foundation, this kind of attitude is completely out of place.
The rooms are okay, nothing exceptional. Housekeeping is okay, and the basics like hygiene supplies are in place.

The only real positive during my stay was the restaurant staff and chef, who were helpful and attentive. The chef went out of his way to help me select a dish for dinner, which I thoroughly enjoyed. That part of the service deserves credit.

The location is convenient, close to major shopping spots in Deira, and the property is reasonably priced for the facilities.
However, no matter how good the location or value, the first impression at reception ruined the entire experience. Hospitality begins at the front desk, and Mohamed’s attitude was enough for me to decide that I would not take the risk of returning to this hotel. A single staff member’s poor behavior can overshadow all the positives — and that’s exactly what happened here.

I booked a one-night stay for two persons at your hotel through Agenda, with room number 217.

Upon my arrival at the hotel with my friend, I was surprised when the front desk employee, Kumar, refused to allow my friend to go up to the room, claiming that another friend who had visited me earlier was already registered as my companion.

This situation was extremely embarrassing for both me and my guest, and I had no choice but to cancel the booking immediately due to this inappropriate treatment.
I regret choosing your hotel for this stay, especially as I had expected a level of service that matches your reputation.

I kindly hope that your management will review the process of selecting and training staff, as such incidents directly affect the hotel’s image and guest experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior. The reception staff were particularly disrespectful and dismissive, making me feel as though my presence was an inconvenience.
And it wasn’t just the front desk — most of the staff I interacted with showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Hospitality and customer service seem to be entirely missing here.
The service quality was extremely poor, and at times the staff’s behavior felt downright offensive. In a place that is supposed to offer rest and comfort, this kind of environment is unacceptable.
I had originally planned to stay for several months, but the conditions were so unpleasant that I checked out after just two weeks and found somewhere better.
I strongly recommend that the hotel management reevaluate how their staff are trained and treat their guests — otherwise, they will continue to lose customers.
