Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City is the first hotel in Dubai, which follows the concept of the Smoking ban with the aim of preserving the environment. Smoking is allowed only in The Belgium Beer Cafe, where there are designated places for Smoking, or in the many outdoor restaurants adjacent to the hotel and shopping Mall Dubai Festival City.

Location: in the heart of Dubai Festival City, Deira, on the Gulf coast. An attractive district centre with lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment for children and adults, 2 km from Dubai international airport. The hotel is connected to the InterContinental Dubai Festival City 5*.
The hotel belongs to the chain of the INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS GROUP.
Consists of one 36-storey building.

The breakfast and dinner is delicious, we can always find something to eat.
The rooms are also clean and fully equipped. I especially like the water bottles, they are glass and can be refilled so less garbage is made.

We were greeted at the entry by a smiling mairte d and shown to our seat.
The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of options. From fresh fruits and pastries to a selection of hot dishes, there was something to satisfy every palate. I appreciated the attention to detail, as the staff frequently checked in to refill drinks and ensure everything was to my liking.
Overall, my breakfast at the Crowne Plaza Hotel was a wonderful way to begin the day. The combination of quality food, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience.

I stayed in three different hotels in recent times and this is by far the best.
The only issue I have is with the new design of half showers in the bathrooms. Not sure whose idea was that, it was a bad one! Water just goes off on to the floor.
I had an amazing stay and will definitely use this hotel again in the future.
