Overall the rooms are clean and the staff is professional, my room was always tidy and if I ever needed anything, they would accommodate.
The breakfast was decent as well, I wouldn't say accept something mind blowing but it's good enough to kick start your day, they have all the staples.
Location is like main Business Bay, you'd be taking the taxi and walking if you're a tourist with no car. The metro is not walking distance.
Overall, I had fun here. The rooms were nice and tidy. The environment was nice and everyone was friendly. Do visit if you're looking for a tidy, premium visit in Dubai.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was excellent, the ambiance was very relaxing, and everything was perfectly managed.

Special thanks to Peter at the reception who was incredibly kind and upgraded our room it made a big difference and was truly appreciated. Also, I want to highlight Abdul from room service. I had an issue during my stay, and he went above and beyond to personally follow up and make sure everything was resolved. His support was exceptional and exceeded expectations.
The only minor downside was that the furniture looked a bit worn, but everything was well-maintained and clean.

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged—everything was exactly where it should be, with a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Housekeeping staff were not only thorough but also exceptionally friendly and respectful, always greeting with a smile and ensuring I had everything I needed.
One thing that really stood out to me was how responsive the operator staff were—they always picked up the phone quickly and addressed my requests promptly and professionally, no matter the time of day.
What made the biggest difference, though, was the warmth and helpfulness of the entire staff. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant and hassle-free.
Without a doubt, I would gladly return to this hotel again.
Another major issue is the misleading photos on Booking.com—the reality is far from what’s advertised. The actual condition of the hotel does not match the images, which is quite disappointing.
To make matters worse, we ordered breakfast in the room, and it was poorly served with very limited options. The quality was not great, and the presentation was far from professional. We expected much better service for the price we paid.
While it might work for families looking for a serviced apartment, I definitely do not recommend it for couples. The experience does not justify the high price, especially when compared to true 5-star hotels in the same area that offer far better service and cleanliness.
Overall, not worth the money and not a place I’d return to.
