Consists of one 9-storey building in traditional Arabic style connected with a small Mall Dukkah Al Manzil.
The hotel offers a total of 197 rooms, all with spacious bathrooms, open type, separate showers and toilets.

Beach: public, sandy 10 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park, the beach entrance fee: about 5 dirham per person). The beach is 900 m.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit, in the approximate amount of which is 250 AED/day/room (Deposit is returned in dirham).

However, to truly stand out, the property would benefit from room renovations and an upgrade to its breakfast offerings. For travelers prioritizing convenience and access to Dubai’s top attractions, this hotel remains a viable option.
The price per night is just unjustified. As it became a Marriott hotel, they started to charge 30% more but did not meet any Marriott standards. We still have 2 days left during this stay but am contemplating leaving early. It’s not worth wasting part of our holiday here
The only good thing actually is the location of the hotel if you want to be at the strip.
View on Burj Khalifa as said while check in came out that you need to throw yourself out of the window to see it.....

2. Nice lobby, but rooms rather old, wash basin drainage very slow as if choked
3. Stayed 4 nights from 27th March to 31st March, my service experience each day was different
- only the excellent service from the breakfast restaurant manager and his crew was consistently good everyday, they are the gold standards the rest of the hotel staff should emulate
- reception desk service on the night I checked in was good. On the second night when I enquired about the status of my laundry, the front desk female staff was so distracted she repeated my room number incorrectly 3 times. I corrected her again and again, it was ridiculous.
- room service food was excellent. Again reception service was bad, asked reception staff who took my room service orders to send 2 bottles of water with my orders, he said ok, but nothing was sent. Asked staff who delivered my room service orders for the 2 bottles of water, he said ok but he never returned
- reception answers the phone calls only 50% of the time, often the phone just kept ringing
- housekeeping did not replace the shower cap and the small towels throughout my entire stay, I was so tired of dealing with the reception that I just make do.
- we were given a room on the first floor with no lift access security, which means anyone could take the lift to the first floor. I saw guests on higher floors having to use their room key cards to activate the lift to go to their floors. This is not acceptable. All hotel guests should enjoy the same level of security regardless of categories of room, I am just preempting a potential response from the hotel management that the higher floor are executive club floors.

- breakfast choice lacks a bit of fantasy and deserves a revamp to keep up with what you usually get in similar Dubai hotels
The hotel itself was comfortable and offered everything one could wish for a relaxing stay.
What truly made the stay exceptional was the incredibly attentive and friendly staff. On the day of our check-out, we had to leave very early, and the staff surprised us with a thoughtfully prepared breakfast package. Not only did we receive delicious coffee, but also fresh orange juice and small snacks that made our early morning departure much easier.
This unexpected gesture truly rounded out our stay and demonstrated how much the hotel cares about the well-being of its guests.
The location of the hotel in the heart of Dubai Downtown was a huge advantage. It allowed us to easily explore all the major attractions without the necessity of using taxis or renting a car. We were within walking distance of many iconic landmarks, which made our sightseeing adventures a breeze.
The cleanliness, comfort, and quality of service at the hotel were consistently excellent. We felt well taken care of from start to finish and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
We're already looking forward to our next visit! Many thanks to the fantastic team that made our stay unforgettable.
