I had an exceptional stay at Park Regis Business Bay Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The hotel is beautifully designed with modern amenities that make the experience incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay.

A special mention to Bellman Raju – he truly made a difference in my visit. He was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and his professionalism and warm attitude were greatly appreciated.

Great Value with Exceptional Staff, but Some Minor Drawbacks

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and found it to be excellent value for the price. While a few aspects were slightly inconvenient, the overall experience was positive.

The highlight of my stay was the front desk staff—exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Irene for going above and beyond to make my visit even better.

The breakfast isn’t outstanding, but considering the price, it offers decent value. If you’re looking for an affordable morning meal, this is probably one of the better options available.

One aspect I didn’t love was the hotel’s setup. It occupies the upper floors of an office building, with separate entrances and elevators. While functional, it detracted from the typical hotel experience and felt more like renting an apartment than staying in a hotel.

Additionally, the entrance is located on a busy road with heavy traffic, making access a bit challenging at times.

Overall, it’s a solid choice for the price, especially if you prioritize great service over traditional hotel ambiance.

We booked 3 nights at this Park Regis hotel. And the first night was unfortunately in a Smoking-room, which we didn't ask for. The next morning the staff was really kind and supportive and offered us an upgrade non-smoking room. The upgrade was top notch! To our surprise we received a suite with living room, bathroom and bedroom. The view was towards the west, which was impressive. Soaps and towels were provided and it was no problem to ask for more. The hotel use QR coding menu's. Which were very helpful. Internet connection was for free and fast. Definitely recommend this hotel. Even the walk from metro station "business bay" to the hotel was approx 15 minutes walk, 1.5km which was easy. Only criticism was that the reception upon check-in should have asked for smoking or non-smoking room. Then it would have been a perfect 5 stars

Lovely hotel and staff especially Mr. Muhammad Zaheer was very Friendly and professional.
The staff also were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The team at Park Regis were very considerate and caring. I had the best stay. The room was well kept and very clean. The staff were consistent in their guest service. Special shout out to Raju for always being very polite and kind and for helping me with my suitcases.

I recently stayed at Hotel Park Bay in Dubai and had an incredible experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. However, what truly made the stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the staff.

A special mention goes to Sabrin, the bell boy, whose warm and friendly demeanor left a lasting impression. He was always quick to assist with luggage and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ needs were exceptional.

The rest of the staff were also courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The level of hospitality at Hotel Park Bay is remarkable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.
