My stay in Park Regis is truly amazing. Staff was amazing. I stayed long here for my business trip and Mr Zaheer assisted me well. Receptionist are good. Bella and shakeeb they give the best service. Facilities are good. Room is clean and breakfast is excellent.

Great Value with Minor drawbacks
Our stay at this hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were courteous and always ready to help. We particularly enjoyed the good breakfast spread, which had a wide variety of delicious options.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The kids' pool was not temperature controlled and the gym was not fully equipped.
Overall, for the price we paid, the hotel offered top quality. Despite the minor issues, the excellent service and great breakfast made it a worthwhile stay.

Kind staff, friendly and accommodating environment. Great service from Vikoas and Jenny specifically.
The main business district, restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. Stunning pool, room with a view, everything in the hotel just works. The rooms are also spacious and come with a desk and all necessary appliances for longer stays.

Good morning, I would like to compliment the staff working at the dining area making sure that the service is provided at very good level. In particular I would like to say that Ana ( a lady with curly hair ) and Ameer are doing great job. Always very helpful and very professional in the way they operate the dining area. This compliment is extended also to other staff who is friendly and approachable. And breakfast is always delicious.

The hotel is nice, there are many restaurants nearby plus there is the metro which is an essential transportation in my opinion.
The receptionists are not very welcoming but a little bit with a rude character.
All in all the staff who take care of the pool are very nice especially
Sachith who was very kind and recommended many points of interest.

Unfortunately have to rate one star . Booked a hotel for my friend visiting me in Dubai as the location was close to my place but she faced extreme rudeness from a receptionist Anne . I could not believe it’s possible when I arrived to hotel to check in my fiend the same Anne was extremely rude to me as well . It’s such an unpleasant experience to stay in the heart of this city for which the image and reputation is priceless and face such a rudeness towards client. Will make sure none else from the vast number of my family friends and colleagues will chooses this hotel and deal with Anne acting like we came to her home unannounced. Moreover as per the below response form the representative of the Hotel the customers are blamed to be on high emotions . Wow , what a new level . Truly disappointing

The room was excellent, we did get an upgrade. The breakfast could be better for a 4 star hotel. The cleaning service was exceptional. The location is great. Wellness area is well equipped, it lacks better pool
