Our stay at Hotel Revier was, unfortunately, a letdown. We had booked our rooms with the expectation that we would receive connecting rooms for our family, but when we arrived, we were informed this was not possible. The lack of flexibility from the hotel was surprising, but what was even more disappointing was the way we were treated by the manager at reception.
The manager was not only unhelpful but downright rude, responding to our requests with sarcastic expressions and passive-aggressive comments. Rather than trying to resolve our concerns or show any sort of empathy, he seemed indifferent and unwilling to accommodate us.
The lack of service continued when we requested assistance with our bags during checkout; despite our request, no one came to help. This disregard for basic hospitality left a bad impression.
The location itself doesn’t offer much, so the poor experience with the hotel’s staff and lack of professionalism made our stay all the more frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend Hotel Revier if you’re looking for a welcoming and accommodating experience.
Their Bar/Lounge is a very cozy place where you can chill, relax, enjoy the DJ playing sets while looking at the pool area or just by enjoying your shisha outside.
Food/drinks are affordable surprisingly.

Really nice personal, reception. Restaurant was amazing and personal really good.
Just don't like when housekeepers touch your staff and put it nice and tidy.
Not big deal,but I don't like it.
One more thing..at night time I see in room insect cockroach 🤢 I put video.
So in the mourning I say it on reception and asked change room.
I hope they fix that problem with cockroach 🪳
I would suggest to include breakfast in your stay. They have a lot of variety and it was amazing.🤩
We got locked out of our room one day after breakfast and the repair took some time which delayed our touring of the city. Also during our stay the elevator was under repair but there was no signage to avoid using one of the elevators. As we walked in the doors shut abruptly and slammed onto our body also spilling one of our coffees and it hurt for quite a few days.
Upon checkout the front desk was very understanding that none of this should have happened and they said to leave the account open so the manger could email us with some form of compensation. Instead we later received a WhatsApp message informing us that there was a pizza owing on the room so they are quick to chase payment but still no email from manager. Days later we had still not heard from manager but the pizza charge hit our credit card. We again had to chase after them and finally someone said they could not offer compensation and we never got an email from the manager. It would have been really easy to comp the pizza for our troubles and we would have moved on somewhat satisfied - which is ridiculous to have not figured out on their end.
This is hospitality but no one there seems to be trained properly or terrible management.
We travel quite a lot and this is the worst service we have received. We cannot recommend this hotel. If something goes wrong they are not there to help.
