Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Mina - Jumeirah

I booked this place on MakeMyTrip app and that made me very happy that I booked and choose the right hotel for my comfortable stay while I was in Dubai.

This place is situated near the world famous Dubai frame architectural monument.

The room was very large and neat and clean for two people this is a very comfortable space.

The rooms are very quite although it does not have the city view but it is such a place good place.

The only negative point I found about this place as that there is not much of activities near by the place.

For each and everything you need to hire a cab to go and enjoy.

If you are a kind of person who want to spend his day evening at a quiet place so this is the place where you can choose and live quietly during your stay at this property.

Outstanding service from checkin to check out! The reception team are very friendly and efficient! Room service is fast and the food is fresh and delicious! I stayed for 10 nights and I booked a dinner, bed and breakfast package. It was well worth it! The breakfast and dinner Buffett was scrumptious with a wide selection! I invited some of my business guests for dinner snd they enjoyed it very much! Awesome food! Awesome Team and Awesome hotel in a great location!

I recently crashed at this hotel and it was epic! The staff was friendly AF, making us feel right at home. Everything was spot on, from the clean rooms to the awesome amenities. The best part? They hooked us up with a free upgrade to a suite room! 🫶🫶 Shout out to (Ganeville) – I think that's his name. Totally five stars! A man working there from Nepal was really friendly and kept asking us about our day; he was really chatty!

Although it is a 4-star old building, the staff was friendly and the room condition was good.
The moment I returned from my schedule and opened my room, the towel decorations that the staff gave me were an unexpected gift. It was the best feeling.

This hotel is perfect except Hilton missed big time on the restroom they are so tiny everything else is good. Bathrooms are really tiny. Front staff are excellent. They did everything to accommodate us boys. Really appreciate.

Update: Hotel is overall ok but the amount of construction in and around the hotel area means that you will sit in allot of traffic. From any direction/site you want to come from add at least 20-30 minutes of traffic.

Good customer service and the bars are decent. Close to food/grocery options.

Bernadette made several visits to our table, inquiring about our satisfaction and offering personalized touches that elevated our experience. Her genuine care and concern were truly commendable. As well as Glanil & Ravishanka. I was immediately enveloped in a warm and inviting ambiance of the garden grille the dimly lit dining room exuded a charm, with nice furnishings and soft, ambient music creating a perfect setting for a nice dining experience. Worth visiting and trying the Asian Night Theme. Thanks Hilton. There are downside for some of the dishes if your not into asian foods.

Positives:
Very comfortable room, large TV, cozy bed, blackout blinds, writing table. The service is excellent and 24/7 available, staff is very friendly and super helpful. The hotel is close by the shore and 5 minutes away(by car) from the beach.

Negatives:
One wing of the building has no view and stares right into an office building. At the time of this review there was an ongoing construction project which, unfortunately, goes all night.

Minor Complaints:
The Air conditioner has a small interface that stays lit, even at night, i covered it with a towel. You get wooden sticks instead of a spoon with your coffee/tee set, odd choice in my opinion.

Conclusion:
The stay was very pleasant, i slept and ate well. But i do have to have to remove a star because of the noisy construction site.

Stayed in this lovely hotel for 8 nights in November and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is exceptional. From the minute we arrived at reception we were met with lovely welcoming smiles, the guy who brought our bags to our room is one of the most polite and mannerly young men and an absolute pleasure to chat with. The roof top bar is one of the most relaxing places to have a cocktail after dinner. We will definitely be back.
