My service with Berna and Ravi was 7-star, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating . They were the best always making sure my visit was special and that my food was top chef prepared. I love their energy and spirit. Even though our sleep arrangements were not what we expected, they made my visit worthwhile and changed my mind about changing hotels. They are awesome individuals along with their manager. He was awesome also. Thank you Berna and Ravi I will never forget you. Because of Ravi and Berna your hotel gets 5 stars🙏🏾🥰♥️

The location is in a busy area with not much of a view, and it's a bit far from the metro station, so getting around might require some extra planning. However, if you don't mind the hustle and bustle, it's a convenient spot for accessing various parts of the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by its cleanliness and the attention to detail in every area. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job, making my stay even more enjoyable. Special thank to Biku, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! The breakfast experience could be improved, as the tables were often cluttered with dirty plates. However, aside from that, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Al Mina during a business trip and had a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and cozy, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Housekeeping (Mr. Yam Bahadur) did an excellent job keeping everything tidy and fresh.
One thing I really appreciated was the sense of security—I left my valuables in the room without any worries, which speaks volumes about the hotel's trustworthiness. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to business travelers!

I extend my sincere appreciation to the exceptional staff at this hotel. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive service in the restaurant, I was consistently impressed. Special thanks to [Staff Member SHALOM, WIN, & GIGI] for their friendliness, helpfulness, and going above and beyond to ensure my requests were met. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to a diverse array of restaurants, including many excellent Filipino dining options. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel was nice. Staff members are very few but that is understandable.
It has 4 floors and one with the gym on top. The rooms are quite convenient and has every facility you may needed. Cleanliness is acceptable.
However, the rooms lighting is quite into the dimmed atmosphere where you may need to open up every single room lamp.
Breakfast is nice and has variety of choices.
Prices are very value savings for short-term stays or a short business trip.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay,
The housekeeping staff Mujahid did a good Job ,very helpful and cheerful , We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast , friendly and helpful staff each morning .
