Overall, it’s a good hotel and you can definitely stay here, but the service could be improved, especially when it comes to noise. In general, not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
The staff were generally polite and helpful, although they seemed a bit preoccupied at times, which led to some minor service hiccups. Despite this, they managed to address any issues that arose.
The location is in a busy area with not much of a view, and it's a bit far from the metro station, so getting around might require some extra planning. However, if you don't mind the hustle and bustle, it's a convenient spot for accessing various parts of the city.
In summary, while there were a few minor issues, my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Mina was comfortable and overall not bad.
One thing I really appreciated was the sense of security—I left my valuables in the room without any worries, which speaks volumes about the hotel's trustworthiness. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to business travelers!
