A special thank you to the teams at The Rotisserie, Beach Bar & Grill, Celebrities, and Eauzone. They were thoughtful, inclusive, and completely accommodating with my dietary requirements. It made dining feel easy and enjoyable, which is rare when you have dietary needs.
We also appreciated how helpful the customer experience team were with their Aquazone recommendations, and how simple it was to arrange bookings for the adults-only pool. Those little touches added up. We felt genuinely cared for in every single aspect, more than we’ve experienced anywhere else, and we are Diamond members at other hotel chains.
I could not recommend this resort more. One&Only Royal Mirage delivers on every promise of a luxury stay, and then some. We are already excited to plan our next trip back

A special mention goes to Shahinur, who truly stood out as my favorite staff member. He made sure our room was spotless and perfectly maintained every single day. His attention to detail, professionalism, and warm attitude really enhanced our stay and made us feel at home.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend the Royal Mirage Arabian Court more highly, and I’m especially grateful to Shahinur for his outstanding service!
The facilities were surprisingly limited. There was only a small sauna that could fit just two people, a plunge pool that was neither cold nor warm—just an uninviting in-between—and a steam room that barely worked. The steam only reached the ceiling, and as soon as it began to drop to a usable level, it stopped.
The spa was open to both men and women during the afternoon, which made the limited space even more noticeable. After using the sauna briefly and trying the plunge pool, we returned to find the sauna already occupied. There was nothing else to do besides sit around and play chess—hardly what you'd expect from a luxury spa.
We raised concerns about the steam room at reception. They asked us to wait while they checked, then came back with a vague response: “That’s just how it is.” We pressed again, and again were told, “Please wait.” After about 30 minutes of this, we were finally taken to a proper steam room located in the hammam—which had been empty all along. It felt like we had to insist repeatedly just to get basic service.
We also asked several times if we could start our treatments earlier, but were always told, “We’ll check,” with no follow-up.
The treatments (massage and facial) were fine—average at best. Nothing like the exceptional quality I once associated with this spa.
Finally, when settling the bill, I mentioned my entitlement to a 20% discount. They confirmed it, but had only applied a 10% reduction. I had to point it out before it was corrected.
Overall, this was not the experience I expected from a spa with such a prestigious past. A real disappointment.

The architecture feels timeless with its serene courtyards featuring ponds, intricate tiles, and soft lighting. The Only & Only is the best Dubai example in how to express luxury in a subtle way; the hotel provides a genuine sense of tranquility rather than the typical exaggerated style associated with fancy hotels.
I usually go for lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants, and they never disappoint. Prices vary depending on the place, but for the setting and quality, I find it worth it. One time we just came for coffee and ended up staying hours by the garden.
Service? Always on point. From valet to the staff at the restaurants, everyone seems to know how to make things easier without being too much. They even have good self-parking if you’re not in the mood for valet
If you’ve never been, just go. Whether it’s for a stay or a special meal or just a quiet drink with a view this hotel never feels rushed or crowded. It’s like Dubai slowed down in the best way.
It didn’t change my 5 stars but honestly based on others reviews and my experience - it’s something that it easily fixed.
