Deposit for services at a rate$ 55 per night. A passport is not required. The Deposit must be paid on the day of arrival to the hotel, refundable upon departure after paying the bill for services rendered.
Beach: public sandy beach is 1.5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Entrance in the sea:
sandy. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs: free (the beach, Dubai Marina, beach access fee). The beach is 2 km away.

The receptionists “Nargiza” was very welcoming, always smiling with an amazing attitude. She was extremely helpful to us at the hotel, gave us recommendations on the area, a great personality. We needed extension to our checkout time, she was very understanding and gave us till 3pm.
I would recommend anyone to take this hotel for a stay in Dubai, for business and vacation. Will exceed your expectations.

The view from the room was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was a special experience, excellent variety of food and the staff there were cooperative especially Noshanta and Nafisa who were so helpful, friendly, and taking care of all the details.
