Dusit D2 Kenz Hotel Dubai

Service was brilliant, the staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful.
The room was nicely presented and comfortable.
Roof top pool was a blessing to keep cool in the humid nights.
Being able to the TV was a bonus as normal English channels are limited.
Location is closed to some amenities and has good links via metro, bus or taxi to the main areas of interest.
Would happily stay again.

The room we stayed was fine however the readiness was not quite okay. The fridge was not on and the trash bin in the washroom was not properly clean. Then we asked for dental kit and we tried to get extra for next morning however he replied you can use the same the next day. The one in reception was not so accommodating when we checked in however when we checked out Atleast she smiled. When we checked in she said you can sit down first because I have one guest to assist but the guest was not there yet. So we waited there and still the guest didn’t came so she decided to entertain us. The breakfast is good not much of varieties however I like it.

Daniel and Akash have been absolutely amazing. They always made sure our rooms were clean and tidy. Their friendliness and good manners are on point. Well boys, keep up the good work.

I have spent around 40 days at this hotel with my kids and I couldn't have loved it more. The staff is kind and humble. There are no clubs or pubs so it is the most safest place to leave your kids alone. The location is exceptional as you can enter metro within seconds' walk. The rooms were big enough to accommodate a 40 day stay.
If you look for entertainment, you may find it boring. But for stay 10/10

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of my room throughout my stay. I was impressed by their attention to detail. The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were always welcoming and ready to assist with any requests I had. I appreciated the timely and thorough housekeeping service provided by Dome, he was lovely. Coming back to a well-kept room each day made my stay more comfortable. The overall experience at the hotel was fantastic. The staff's professionalism and courteous attitude made me feel valued as a guest.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly accommodating and attentive. From the warm welcome at check-into the personalized recommendations from the concierge. The breakfast buffet at this hotel exceeded all expectations. From fresh pastries to made-to-order omelets. The hotel is in a good location, a couple of minutes from the metro.

Thanks to Arif, who serviced our room during our stay! He not only ensured good cleanliness in the room, but also did everything possible to ensure that we had everything we needed.

Such a great stay at D2 Kenz. It is my second time at this hotel, and I will certainly come back again.

The breakfast is great, the room and bed are super comfortable, amenities are great too.

The staff is very professional and welcoming. A special shoutout for Fabrice who went above and beyond every time he saw us. He welcomed us with a warm and professional approach. We asked him so many questions and he answered to every single one of them. He helped us with the shuttle, taxi, to find food, everything. Our stay would have not been the same without him.

The Dusit D2 Kent Hotel is a great place to stay. It's in a good location, close to local attractions. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with everything you need. The food at the hotel is very good and there are many options to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's also a fitness center and spa for relaxation. Overall, it's a nice hotel for both business and vacation.

Hotel was clean and new. Amazing room, amazing breakfast. Just 1 minute away from Dubai Internet Metro station. I also enjoyed the gym and the pool. Staff were super nice, Asanka was amazing at cleaning our room! Thank you for a great stay, will come again for sure.
