Rooms are pretty standard for a normal 3 star hotel. Facilities are also standard with a pool, sauna and steam room, however steam room was broken during our 7 days stay there. What makes the hotel however was a good proximity to the metro station and the main roads. And also the staff, the staff was really helpful and quick to respond. We asked for a room change on the 2nd day of our visit and the staff behind the desk responded positively and changed it right away and moved our stuff. Our room cleaning staff also did a great job. Breakfast was also pretty good, standard but with a lot of Indian options everyday. Would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially for families.

The hotel is at a good place near a metro station.We felt very welcoming there. The personnel was friendly,helping. Everything perfectly clean.Very good breakfast. Our family felt in love with this place.Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Location, Size, facilities and breakfast. The service was top-notch, especially from Dome, my housekeeping attendant. Dome went above and beyond to ensure my room was spotless and stocked with everything I needed. Every day, I returned to a perfectly cleaned room, with small details attended to that made my stay extra special. Thank you to Dome and the entire team for making my experience memorable. Highly recommend!

Great location! It’s very convenient that the Dubai Internet City metro station is nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of shops and a lovely, clean park nearby. This really enhances the comfort and enjoyment of staying here. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values convenience and a great surrounding area!

The room was very clean and well-organized. The service was perfect, especially the room cleaning and wellness staff—they were exceptional.
During my 7 days stay, I used the gym and swimming pool regularly. “Karib,” who manages the gym and pool, made everything easy and convenient for me. He was incredibly thoughtful, often offering things I hadn’t even realized I needed. It was a very nice and attentive service.

Service was brilliant, the staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful.
The room was nicely presented and comfortable.
Roof top pool was a blessing to keep cool in the humid nights.
Being able to the TV was a bonus as normal English channels are limited.
Location is closed to some amenities and has good links via metro, bus or taxi to the main areas of interest.
Would happily stay again.

The room we stayed was fine however the readiness was not quite okay. The fridge was not on and the trash bin in the washroom was not properly clean. Then we asked for dental kit and we tried to get extra for next morning however he replied you can use the same the next day. The one in reception was not so accommodating when we checked in however when we checked out Atleast she smiled. When we checked in she said you can sit down first because I have one guest to assist but the guest was not there yet. So we waited there and still the guest didn’t came so she decided to entertain us. The breakfast is good not much of varieties however I like it.

I have spent around 40 days at this hotel with my kids and I couldn't have loved it more. The staff is kind and humble. There are no clubs or pubs so it is the most safest place to leave your kids alone. The location is exceptional as you can enter metro within seconds' walk. The rooms were big enough to accommodate a 40 day stay.

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of my room throughout my stay. I was impressed by their attention to detail. The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were always welcoming and ready to assist with any requests I had. I appreciated the timely and thorough housekeeping service provided by Dome, he was lovely. Coming back to a well-kept room each day made my stay more comfortable. The overall experience at the hotel was fantastic. The staff's professionalism and courteous attitude made me feel valued as a guest.
