The rooms are impeccably clean, beautifully decorated. The staff are very friendly. Specially Mr. Shamika he is very helpful person. Thank you for great hospitality.
Rooms were amazing; family of 4 so we got a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect. 2 bathrooms, a front room and every room with its own TV.
3 balconies from the 34th floor which in itself can be Intimidating but lovely views. Different cuisine each night for the dinner option and the staff are soo helpful and friendly.
All in all; a very memorable experience and highly enjoyed our stay here.
Positives : huge room, gym is a decent size and has good choice of equipment
Negatives: free wifi is poor (especially after 5-6pm, you can't watch amazon etc), some service was very poor (1.5 hours and 3 phone calls to get an iron, door would not close on steam room - still not fixed next day after I raised it).
We happen to move in for an anniversary celebration. Right from the booking of the event to execution of service delivery. The whole experience was very smooth and fantastic. It was well managed in all aspects like F&B, Space and neatness of the event hall.
I was highly appreciated by my CEO for identifying such a wonderful space and with in the budget with excellent service.
Although location is close to the metro station and staff consider as friendly, the building itself is quite old and you can see it, fill it, and hear it.
At the beginning we were put into a room for disabled people which already destroyed our holidays mood. Moved next day to a different one of similar size. The room booked via booking.com was advertised as being able to accommodate up to 5 people while practically it was for only 2 people. With 2 kids we have been given an additional single bed and being informed by the staff that no more beds can be fitted in due to H&S regulations. Thankfully there was a 2 seats sofa where my youngest fitted.
The hotel is located next to the 2x5 lanes motorway and have old windows allowing all the noises coming through. You will be woken up by noisy V8 sport cars at night I can guarantee!
In our particular room there was some issues with lights in the bedroom and in bathroom not mentioning the blocked drains.
Old furniture, doubtful general room cleanest, and the noises from the motorway...
The restaurant for breakfast and dinners usually crowded or very crowded but food was good. Don't be surprised if you need to wait in a Q to get in in the most popular seasons.
So 2 stars for friendly staff and decent food.
The only negative I would say was the consistent lack of housekeeping tidying the room. On several occasions they didn't replace the water and took the old empty glass bottles away (which are chargeable if they don't find them in the room) This happened 3 times. On several occasions they didn't leave any towels, left no toilet rolls, and on one occasion left a filthy bath towel. Reported to reception
Apart from that I would say the hotel itself is clean and modern.
Good on site parking. Breakfast had plenty of choice
Would stay again.
We did expect a skyline view room which is what we paid for on booking.com so not sure if that's what we got (room 2909) as this was the lowest level (the hotel has 40 floors with everything up to floor 28 being apartments). I was expecting a room much higher
