If I could rate this higher I would! This was by far my best stay in Dubai and it's all thanks to Media One Hotel. The rooms were extremely nice, clean, and fully stocked with all necessities. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Hay at the front desk, who was so accommodating to my requests. The facilities were great, and the space was lively for entrepreneurs for when they needed a break from work. I only got to stay here for two nights, but I wish I had found out about it earlier as it would have made the beginning of my trip to Dubai much more enjoyable. There is no doubt I will be staying at Media One every time I come back to the city next.

Booked this hotel last minute to stay the night after a concert. The service from Matthew was outstanding. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, it was a great stay. I would definitely come back again.
My only comment is that the beds were slightly on the shorter side and I am not very tall myself.

The trip was made special by the lovely staff at the hotel who went over and beyond to help us, especially when we needed to extend our trip suddenly. Everyone from the restaurant staff to pool and garden staff were always cheerful and eager to hep. Matthew made sure we were always looked after. We’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in Dubai.

I only stayed here for one night, I had a pleasant enough checkin with a lovely receptionist.
I will say the room are on the small side but I like the feel of the room, I'm big fan of the bathroom and bedroom being separated by glass.
I did have to call down and have maintenance look at my TV as the remote only partly work but, they where fast and friendly and fix the issue.
You are paying for the location and the hotel has an abundance of eating and drinking outlets.

I stayed one night in media one hotel all the staff are very accommodating and cheerful. We had dinner in Ciao Bella, very delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

The rooms are super tiny, however the showers are the worst is badly designed and honestly you can’t take a proper shower with this bad design.
In addition to their dry cleaning services they don’t have their own dry cleaner they use a contractor and the one they have is horrible they ruined my suite and damaged the jacket.
Not recommended hotel definitely!

One of the very decent hotels in town. Got a nice club lounge. Accessibility to certain shops could be an issue unless you are willing to walk to the other street of the road for 10 mins. Great location over all. 6-7 mins walk to nakheel metro station.

Sitting in Cafe M restaurant - completely ignored. Lots of staff - but unfortunately they are all socializing with each other. I asked if they were serving food and they looked at me like I was interrupting their private conversation and their socializing. The waiter Javohir, decided that he will make me wait more just because I asked for service. Leaving now and will never return. Good bye Cafe M forever.
