The service is excellent and fast, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality provided. The food and drinks are delicious and varied, and the view is beautiful and relaxing.The staff are very polite, and Arafat is really kind to us, totally awesome. Definitely we enjoy our time 🫶in every way
The location is perfect — close to the Metro and plenty of dining options nearby, which made getting around really convenient. I also appreciated the great breakfast selection and reliable Wi-Fi, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, it’s a great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll happily stay here again on my next trip!
Breakfast was served on the ground floor in a buffet style. The spread included a mix of Middle Eastern and Indian dishes along with fruits and a few continental options. However, I found the breakfast selection rather limited and the taste somewhat average. Some items weren’t warm enough. The service during breakfast was okay but not particularly attentive — it felt more functional than friendly.
Overall, my stay was fine for a short visit, especially after the room change. The hotel staff were responsive when approached, and the non-smoking room was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. However, the breakfast experience left room for improvement, both in quality and service. If the hotel could enhance its food offerings and ensure better attention during breakfast hours, it would make a big difference to the overall guest experience.
We especially want to highlight the receptionist Ahmad, who provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel, the city, transportation, and available services. A big thank-you goes to him – his kindness and readiness to help made a lasting impression on us.
We were also very grateful to be allowed an early check-in because of our baby, so we didn’t have to wait long – a thoughtful gesture that showed great care for guests.
The meals were varied and delicious, and all the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. Everything was well-suited for both our baby and us – from the crib to all the small details that made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The one down part was the smell in the bathroom come back from drains.
I’d also like to thank Ms. Cecil from room service, whose warm and professional attitude truly stood out. She was always attentive and made sure everything in the room was just right, which added a personal touch to the stay. The staff in general were courteous and efficient, which made check-in and other services quick and stress-free. But it was Ms. Cecil who stood out the most for me, really, thank you! Overall, I was genuinely impressed with how well everything was managed. I'll surely be back here again if the chance comes around.
