We especially want to highlight the receptionist Ahmad, who provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel, the city, transportation, and available services. A big thank-you goes to him – his kindness and readiness to help made a lasting impression on us.
We were also very grateful to be allowed an early check-in because of our baby, so we didn’t have to wait long – a thoughtful gesture that showed great care for guests.
The meals were varied and delicious, and all the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. Everything was well-suited for both our baby and us – from the crib to all the small details that made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The one down part was the smell in the bathroom come back from drains.
I’d also like to thank Ms. Cecil from room service, whose warm and professional attitude truly stood out. She was always attentive and made sure everything in the room was just right, which added a personal touch to the stay. The staff in general were courteous and efficient, which made check-in and other services quick and stress-free. But it was Ms. Cecil who stood out the most for me, really, thank you! Overall, I was genuinely impressed with how well everything was managed. I'll surely be back here again if the chance comes around.
What I liked in this hotel is personnel, free parking and breakfasts.

Only downside was as it was Eid and hotel was full the restaurant struggled to keep up with cleaning tables and having enough crockery available
The food was decent, especially the breakfast which offered a good mix of options. Facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel met the needs of a business traveler quite well.
I’d especially like to appreciate Cris from room service. She was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Her support made the experience smoother and more welcoming.

The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection that catered to all ages.
Initially, we thought the hotel was within walking distance of the airport when we booked, but you do need to take a taxi as it requires crossing a highway. We only found out about the free shuttle service when we were leaving, which was helpful for our departure.
Overall, it was a good stay in all aspects, and we enjoyed our time here.
