Advantages of the hotel:
1. Service.
You are treated like a VIP guest. If you arrive early and the room is not ready yet, they offer a complimentary breakfast, always escort you to your room. Excellent cleaning. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming.
2. Food.
Excellent food, very varied and very tasty. Culinary delights. Special thanks to the chef and his team.
3. Location.
Nearby Dubai Marina and the metro station. Hotel guests use the private beach of the Le Royal Meridien hotel. The bus between the hotels runs every 10 minutes.
4. Outdoor pool and excellent spa.
5. Price.
The cost of living in the hotel is quite adequate.
The room is a suite with a luxurious kitchen and living room, very close to the Palm Island. The hotel staff are also very friendly.
In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Dubai’s Marina area. The location is fantastic, and the staff and services are truly exceptional. Every member of the team went above and beyond to be helpful – if you asked for directions within the hotel, they would personally escort you to your destination, ensuring you were never left feeling lost!
The breakfast at Sloane’s was outstanding, setting the tone for each morning. Upon arrival in our room, we noticed some construction noise from outside. After mentioning this to guest services, I was quickly connected with the duty manager, Thea Issa, who handled the situation brilliantly. In fact, she is the primary reason I’m writing this review – it’s rare to encounter such attentive and considerate service, and staff like Thea truly deserve recognition.
Having travelled to many destinations and stayed in countless hotels, this is one of the few occasions where I felt compelled to share my experience. Highly recommended!
For a hotel that markets itself as luxurious, this level of negligence is unacceptable. If you expect to be treated with basic human decency in case of an emergency, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. I’ll never be returning to this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
