I had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with great infrastructure surrounding the hotel. The breakfast was a real highlight—so diverse that even after 10 days, I never got bored! While the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, what truly stood out were the people. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I arrived at 5 in the morning and had a smooth check-in, thanks to Ashar, who was extremely helpful with my luggage and directions. The breakfast staff were equally amazing—kind, attentive, and always making my mornings brighter. I'm truly grateful for their hospitality!

The Skylight venue is perfect and fancy, Also, Mr. Mahmoud and the Staff are extremely helpful and nice. They were supporting our event like one team. Very dedicated and would love to have more events here for sure.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rotana Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable especially the reception lady during our arrival on 01st of September. The service was impeccable — the team was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a stunning views, this was beyond our expectation because we book through Agoda and due to some misinformation from Agoda, the hotel decided to upgrade us to suite room. The hotel amenities, including the pool and on-site restaurant, exceeded our expectations. Every meal was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. The location of the hotel is best just few minutes walk to public transport.Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I can’t wait to return!

I go to this hotel a lot for conferences and seminars. The food is always tasty, very nice variety and quality. The staff is very caring, kind and professional. The seminar rooms are always clean and functional. Hotel staff makes sure we have everything we need and working. The valet team is always kind and fast, Naveen always has a smile and brings me my care back to me.

Just checked in and had a great experience. Harish was Uber nice and handled my luggage with care and consideration. Check in at the front desk was quick and simple and the conversation was enjoyable while I waited. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Amazing hotel, stayed for business purposes. Best thing about the hotel are the staff that work here. They always make you feel welcome, Kader is also a great member of staff always ready to help us!

It's not just a hotel, it's almost a home.An incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere, a complete feeling that you have returned home. The hotel is designed for a family, relaxing holiday. Very supportive staff, issues are resolved instantly. I want to thank all the guys, the entire hotel team for such a special attitude. Karim, thank you very much for the best cleaning and room service,a wonderful guy, always smiling, the mood going up after communicating with him. I recommend this hotel for a short stay and on a long - term basis also 💪🏼
