Room nicely decorated and good size.
Pool, restaurant and DJ on 2nd floor top. During my stay, two times restaurant Attico and Ginger Moon were closed for a “private event”. Pool on ground level and beach with average service and old/cheap sunbeds.
Reception and Front door staff very friendly and client oriented.
Our room offered a breathtaking view that amazed us every single morning – a truly one-of-a-kind experience! On top of that, the staff surprised us with a lovely gesture in our room to celebrate our honeymoon, which made our stay even more special. Such thoughtful attention to detail speaks volumes about the hotel’s dedication to its guests.
A special mention goes to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They fulfilled our every wish and made sure we felt completely at home. The daily room cleaning was exceptional – everything was impeccably clean and handled with the utmost care.
The luxurious ambiance, outstanding service, and stunning amenities made our stay truly unforgettable. We are already looking forward to coming back and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I had an important flight at 6 PM and requested a late check-out until at least 3 PM to prepare comfortably. Before the manager arrived, Jasper, a staff member, mentioned that a 2 PM check-out could be possible. However, when the manager, Fabio, got involved, he denied my request and only allowed a check-out until 1 PM. He claimed the suites were fully booked, yet I checked online and found suites in the same category available for the next day.
Fabio's attitude was unprofessional—he was sarcastic and dismissive, with a tone that made it seem like he was mocking my concerns. It was clear that customer service and guest satisfaction were not priorities for him or the staff.
While the hotel itself is well-maintained, the poor treatment from the staff, especially Fabio, overshadowed my stay. I will not be returning to this hotel as they clearly lack basic respect and appreciation for their guests.
Every detail left me in awe—the personalized touches, the thoughtful amenities, and the attention to guest comfort. The staff were absolutely exceptional: incredibly professional, polite, and quick to respond to any request. After each cleaning, they left a short story, which added a unique charm to the stay. On the first day, they welcomed me with delicious chocolates as a gesture of hospitality.
Without a doubt, W Mina Dubai will be my first choice whenever I visit Dubai again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an unforgettable stay
