We had a birthday and Mr. Joe was super attentive to details, helpful, supportive and welcoming as he arranged some really nice gestures for us. He made sure our stay was amazing, thank you Joe!
Not to mention they have about 10 restaurants and the buffet had a great variety, it was so yummy.
Overall I give this hotel a 10/10 because of the quick and kind service, the number and variety of activities and delicious food. I will definitely be coming back again!
During my visit, I was served eaten peanuts, and when I politely brought this to Prince's attention, he responded with abusive and disrespectful language. I was shocked and embarrassed by his behavior, which is unacceptable in any hospitality setting.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's essential that employees maintain a professional demeanor, especially when interacting with customers. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary disciplinary action against Prince.

The hotel itself isn't too big and shares many pools with the neighbouring hotels. Amazing views to the Marina skyline from the pools
The staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Jobin the concierge, he really looked after me (solo traveller) and he gets 5 stars for his outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble - and this went for all the staff.
The only thing that let the hotel down was the sea water. It is full of gunky, jellied seaweed - very disappointing on such a stunning beachfront hotel.
I will be back to visit again soon! Thank you.
They completely forgot many orders and mixed up the wines.
Later a server came with two wine glasses which he had no clue of what he was serving.
Maybe they were having a bad day.
