The staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Jobin the concierge, he really looked after me (solo traveller) and he gets 5 stars for his outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble - and this went for all the staff.
The only thing that let the hotel down was the sea water. It is full of gunky, jellied seaweed - very disappointing on such a stunning beachfront hotel.
I will be back to visit again soon! Thank you.
They completely forgot many orders and mixed up the wines.
Later a server came with two wine glasses which he had no clue of what he was serving.
Maybe they were having a bad day.
My children were in awe of the waterpark, while I enjoyed unwinding on the beautiful beach and by the outdoor pool. The hotel's interior design might not be the most modern, but the impeccable service makes up for it. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, treating us like family.
