My recent stay at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick was an absolute pleasure. As a business traveler, comfort and efficiency are paramount, and this hotel delivered on both fronts in spades.

The rooms were spacious and impeccably maintained, offering a tranquil environment to unwind after a busy day. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep – essential for tackling demanding schedules.

What truly impressed me, however, was the exceptional staff. The concierge was incredibly helpful *shout out to Daniel, always willing to go the extra mile. Room service was equally fantastic, *another shout out to Chef Yasser for making every morning fun with great breakfast recommendations and he also offered a warm drink with ginger and honey for my sore throat.

Overall, the friendly and hospitable demeanor made every interaction a delight and would definitely stay here again.

I am writing on behalf of my father, who is a wheelchair user, to express our heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service we received at the Mövenpick Grand Plaza. Every member of the staff greeted us with warm smiles and were always eager to help, making our stay truly exceptional.

The rooms equipped with disabled facilities were thoughtfully designed, with exceptional bathrooms that catered perfectly to my father’s needs. Throughout our stay, he required additional assistance, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure his comfort.

A special mention goes to Daniel, who was especially brilliant. He was always available to help my dad with a smile on his face and went far beyond the call of duty. We are deeply grateful for his assistance.

The reception staff were equally wonderful, consistently making my father feel at home. Michael was outstanding during check-in and for any other needs, and all other reception staff were equally great. Claire, the Front Office Manager, took the time to get to know my dad, listened to his needs, and ensured his comfort throughout our stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was immaculately clean, with excellent restaurants, great facilities, and superb rooms. We highly recommend the Mövenpick Grand Plaza and look forward to our next visit.

It was an amazing experience in Bytes Restaurant, the food and service is amazing and beyond value. Mohamed Amer made our evening memorable by his class and knowledge about drinks. Would highly recommend to my friends and family for future visits.

I am an Accor golden member, and the excellent service I receive across all their hotel is always good. However, this hotel goes the extra mile and improves that beyond what I’m used to. Yasser, the Arabic Chef has been excellent with his help in breakfast every morning. Nabil at reception has done his best to accommodate my demands and delivered on that. A colleague of mine staying in the same hotel had a finger laceration and they immediately sent their personnel to her with a full medical kit and offered taking her to a medical center. It is just a great place to stay and be taken care of!

On the other hand, the prices can get ridiculous sometimes, they fluctuate on the website and are always on the rise, I recommend booking early to get the best deals. Also, they sales/booking people are either unresponsive or provide deals that don’t make sense. One of them tried to sell me the executive suites saying they are the only ones available while actually the website shows the opposite, of course he meant the discounted room but that was quite deceiving and I didn’t appreciate it.

Overall, great experience but only once you get in, prior to that, improvement actions need to be taken.
