A wonderful hotel with a spacious, bright, and stylish room offering an excellent view through large windows. The pool is luxurious, and the spa is outstanding—special thanks to the spa professionals for the amazing massages and service. The gym is small but well-equipped with all the essentials. Breakfasts are excellent—abundant, diverse, and suited to every taste. The Japanese restaurant downstairs is simply superb, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is fantastic, making it quick and easy to reach any part of Dubai by taxi.

I had a really pleasant experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hospitality was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.I don’t want to forget anyone but I especially appreciated the kindness of Mahdy, Chef Yasser, and the whole team ,REALLY — they made the stay special. Breakfast was always my favorite part of the day, tasty and with a good variety. The location was also very convenient for business trips.

Overall, an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area. I’d definitely stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Hotel in Dubai Internet City during a recent business trip, and I must say – it exceeded my expectations on every level.

From the moment I checked in, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel’s atmosphere is refined yet comfortable, making it a perfect blend for both business and relaxation.

My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed – ideal for winding down after a long day of meetings. The location is also excellent, especially if you’re in town for work around Media City, Internet City, or the Marina area.

One standout highlight of my stay was Slice, the restaurant on the ground floor. The food was exceptional – flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. But what truly made the experience memorable was the attentive and friendly staff. The service was consistently top-notch, and I found myself going back more than once during my stay.

Overall, I highly recommend Grand Plaza Mövenpick to anyone visiting Dubai for business or leisure. I’ll certainly be returning on my next trip.

I just came back from my stay at Mövenpick Hotel and I’m absolutely thrilled with the experience. The interior design is beautiful, and the location is perfect with easy access to public transport.

What made the biggest impression was the outstanding staff. Everyone—from the front desk to the 23rd floor bar and housekeeping—was professional, friendly, and always ready to help.

A special shoutout to Joseph from the restaurant, who was fantastic and gave us great tips for exploring Dubai.

I truly hope to return soon—and without a doubt, I’ll choose this hotel again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Plaza Movenpick, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was a beautiful blend of modern elegance and classic charm, situated nearby the serene waterfront, which made for breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted at the front desk.

The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a balcony overlooking the Media City. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and high-thread-count linens, ensuring restful sleep every night.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. Each morning, I was treated to a diverse selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes that showcased local flavors. Pauline - the fantastic server, she remembered my coffee preference by the second day, bringing it to my table as soon as she saw me arrive—an impressive personal touch that made me feel like a VIP. Her genuine smile and professionalism instantly set a positive tone for the entire visit.

My stay was more than just a hotel experience; it felt like a warm, personalized escape. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and truly welcoming stay.

Everything was amazing: the rooms are incredibly comfortable, there is nothing possibly to be unsatisfied with, the housekeeping service is very fast and amazing.
The service and staff here are very kind and always ready to assist with whatever questions you have. They can advise places to visit in Dubai, they are very polite.
The location is convenient as well. It is not far from here to go to Dubai Marine and The walk, the taxi costs little(and if you cannot order a taxi, the staff will do it for you!). The hotel is located not close to the sea, but they have an open air pool amd also a rooftop bar.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room comfortable and clean, and I felt right at home. A special thank to the lobby staff – they were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. It made my experience even better. Looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!

My favorite hotel in Dubai, great staff that are very accommodating and friendly. and the service is just superb , a very quiet area with a great view and it is close to everything.
The rooms are spacious and very clean.
If you are ever looking for a great breakfast buffet this is the place for you, everything is fresh and delicious honestly no complaints whatsoever. The last time my husband and I were here, we had tasted a cupcake that was amazing and they ran out of it and when we asked if they will make more, they made fresh especially for us and gave us a few extra to take to the room.
