This is the first boutique hotel at "the palm" island. Breathable serenity and refinement of the complex – a real coastal oasis, nestled on a private, lush green Peninsula Crescent luxury the Palm Jumeirah, in the heart of the bustling energy of cosmopolitan Dubai. The architecture of the hotel combines Moorish and Andalusian styles. It offers tourists with 90 rooms, located in several low-rise buildings and four coastal villas that provide guests with the desired privacy.

Consists of one 3-storey building, six 3-storey buildings and four 2-storey villas.

Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The beach is 450 m.

The best hotel in Dubai!!!!
We had the most amazing stay! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you! The rooms were clean and super luxurious! The new pool is amazing would highly recommended! A special mention to Sujith our butler who made our stay. Was super caring and made sure we were always happy he made our holiday he was a credit to the One and Only! Also the management team were super Justine and Rahul were super and couldn’t do enough for us!

However, what truly made the stay special was the staff. Most of the employees were from India and the Philippines, and they were absolutely exceptional. Thanks to them, the stay was more than worthwhile.
Highly Recommended.
I liked the gym with its separate part for those of us who want to stretch or do mat exercises on the floor. The free yoga class should be in a more proper space without loud lights dancing on the floor and with more of a yoga atmosphere. I liked the master's degree.
I think they have some points to refine, I have been in other hotels of this category and price and they give excellence a few points better, with little they could reach the top level.
Very good for the sourdough breads, I would have liked sugar-free jams. The cocktails offered in my pack were hilarious, so small. Notice a little control in what they give, in my opinion as a guest I will say that when you are there and choose the best you want generosity.
In general I will say that the experience was good, the warmth is very good and only a few small details to polish to achieve excellence
Exceptional service with a smile. Particular mention for Davey and Carl by the pool and Anna and Sean in management. The breakfast in particular was spectacular. We were made to feel very welcome always and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.
