We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were greeted by a smile and exceptional service by Andrew who got us checked in and showed us to our room. We stayed in the main Manor House which we loved as were close to everything and the rooms are out of this world, you really feel like you are staying in a palace.
The hotel is like something from a fairytale, it’s immaculate and every corner you turn is just beautiful.
We spent most of our days at the grand pool and were looked after by the staff who work so hard constantly in the heat to ensure you have everything you need (sorry we can’t remember your names but you are amazing!)
We cannot thank the staff enough for their attentiveness throughout our whole stay, with a special mention to our housekeeper Susmita who was so kind and made sure we were comfortable in our room, Marinelle in Zest restaurant who greeted us every morning with a smile and our dedicated host Casey who was always checking in to ensure we had everything we required. These people we had the most contact with but every person was incredible.
We are already looking forward to returning and feel like we now won’t be able to stay anywhere else after our experience at the One and Only. Thank you again and see you next year
The rooms and suites are beautifully designed, spacious, and offer breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline and the private beach. The service is outstanding—every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
The culinary experiences were remarkable, especially at 101 Dining Lounge, where the food and setting exceeded all expectations. The private beach and pool areas are immaculate, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind.
I highly recommend One&Only The Palm to anyone looking for a luxurious, serene, and memorable getaway in Dubai. It is, without doubt, one of the finest resorts in the world.
The room was absolutely beautiful, luxurious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The ambiance of the whole property is calm, peaceful, and elegant a true escape from the city.
The staff were so kind and attentive, and the food was simply delicious. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
I had a wonderful stay and would give more than 5 stars if I could.
