Stayed this hotel for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool and fitness center, which were perfect for relaxing and staying active during my stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Staying in this hotel was quite comforting experience

It was a work trip and we already changed two hotels because of high demand and unavailability of rooms in September 2023.

Finally we landed here and stayed for more than a week here.
Very quiet and comfortable rooms, quick service. Friendly and hosting staff and good breakfast.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was well kept and had really nice decor. The spa, gym and rooftop pool were lovely very well maintained. They definitely made the most of the space by providing really great amenities. I loved the room. It was very spacious and had a lot of storage, which was great. The only qualms I had was that I would have loved a better view including a balcony and the bathroom could have been bigger considering the size of the room.
There were restaurants on site which was great. I especially loved the coffee shop for small bites on the go.
The location was ok but when I visit again I will probably stay at a more central location as many of the attractions were a distance away which meant I racked up a number of taxi rides. Though the hotel were always willing to get taxis for guests. Additionally they had a shuttle which they provided daily transits to and from the Dubai mall, kite beach and another attraction. However, they leave at the exact time they state and do not provide any grace period for guests that may have lost track of time. A 5 or 10 mintier wait would have been nice. Apart from the few points, my time at the hotel was very enjoyable. Thank you so much Sheraton 🫶🏾.

Our overall experience was generally pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. Quite close to groceries and restaurants (Indian). Housekeeping team did their work pretty efficiently during our stay. The receptionist were helpful especially Ammar.
I am giving 4/5 because of the incident that happened in bathroom. Thankfully we were not in when it happened. We asked for any available room, but was informed to wait till 6pm. Nevertheless the maintenance rectified the problem quickly and we stayed in the same room.

I went with my family , including my 70 year old mom. Reception staff suggested rooms accessible to senior citizens and it was a nice suggestion. Cleanliness, service and behavior of all staff was simply outstanding. Though we went in the busy time of Eid holidays to Dubai, the hotel staff were very patient in answering our tons of queries in general about touristic spots in Dubai too. They also have a desk that assists guests in various tour options. Only suggestion will be to include more Indian food option for breakfast as we had repeated menu of upma for 2 days . Most of the guests i saw there were Indians and hence it will be nice if Indian food is offered a little bit more than the western cuisine. Overall, had a fantastic time and family enjoyed their hospitality too. Would recommend this hotel to my friends anytime.

I visited this hotel for the past 10 days. The rooms are clean and quiet which are most important to me. The rooms are large and everyone at the hotel was very nice. I especially appreciate the restaurant staff. I enjoyed eating breakfast every morning. While everyone was very nice, Mary Rosa wears a smile on her face, very polite, and seams genuine. Taking a taxi or Uber is cheap in Dubai. it is easy to get around. In the mornings and evenings I enjoyed the 20 minute walk to the Metro. I recommend the Gold NOI card when using the Metro.
