Overall, the room was good. There were some flies and a smell of smoke throughout the room, which wasn't good for kids. There was a stain on the bed. The water kettle was broken; you needed to be careful when pouring water into your cup. Also, I wish they had a microwave oven in the room. They need to check the shampoo, lotion, and body wash for expiration. They are not providing toothbrushes or sleepers. Two water bottles were provided for two guests throughout the one-day stay. The towels also seem old.
The breakfast was also good. I approved of the taste.
The swimming pool was clean, and the lifeguard was friendly.
The good thing about this hotel is its location; it is near the metro station, malls, restaurants, and supermarkets.
You need to pay 15 dirhams for Tourism fee.

after i checked out 2hours，i found my phone charger and a adapter（UAE plug）still in room ，
so i came back to hotel hall ask desk reception go to room found and send to me.
however，crazying thing ，they said they not found it，can u believe that？
Room is great and staffs are friendly. Everytime I come here, I get great welcome especially from Samara. He is a perfect guy for hospitality. Please add continental dishes in the breakfast. It needs to be improved.
The cleaning of the room happened in the evening, which is not very helpful. The towels, bedsheets, pillow covers all have seen better days. The carpet in the room is worn out and gives a feeling of being dirty. The common toilet in the reception is not well maintained.
