Very disappointing experience at this hotel. During check-in, we were made to wait for more than 2 hours. The receptionist behaved very rudely and handled our passport carelessly, which was extremely disrespectful.
Only two Half litre water bottles were provided per day. While the food was actually good, the front desk staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Whenever we asked for anything, the reception staff responded angrily and did not provide proper service.
On the last day, we were already late for the airport, but the staff unnecessarily delayed us and demanded money. There was only a small stain, which was washable, yet they charged us 450 dirhams and insisted we could leave only after paying.
Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Services and staff were good till it was Holiday inn.
They charge cutlery which is basic for any hotel,
They charge separate fees for daily cleaning of rooms,
They even call and said for charge for any friend visiting you.
No way its a 4 star hotel.
If the basic amenities like cutlery, cleaning and things are chargable then what is the menaing of being hotwl who can’t provide amenities.
They surely have club which are free to enter.
Windows are not clean , walls have water marks and not even proper lighting.
Rooms are spacious this things is very good to be noticed and appreciated
Metro station, shopping centre, shops, taxis, everything you need is available 24/7.
Overall, the room was good. There were some flies and a smell of smoke throughout the room, which wasn't good for kids. There was a stain on the bed. The water kettle was broken; you needed to be careful when pouring water into your cup. Also, I wish they had a microwave oven in the room. They need to check the shampoo, lotion, and body wash for expiration. They are not providing toothbrushes or sleepers. Two water bottles were provided for two guests throughout the one-day stay. The towels also seem old.
The breakfast was also good. I approved of the taste.
The swimming pool was clean, and the lifeguard was friendly.
The good thing about this hotel is its location; it is near the metro station, malls, restaurants, and supermarkets.
You need to pay 15 dirhams for Tourism fee.
