Location: 8 km from Dubai International airport, a short drive from the Dubai international financial centre (DIFC), the exhibition centre (DICC), Jumeirah Beach Park, shopping centers of Dubai and Burj Khalifa.
Consists of one 43-storey building.

We stayed as a family with our infant in a 2-bedroom apartment (room 3001) at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, hoping for a smooth experience—but ended up disappointed.
What we liked: The apartment itself was big and roomy, which worked well for a family. The concierge and bellboy staff were friendly and tried to be helpful when they were available.
The issues:
When we arrived at 2 pm (after informing the hotel of our arrival time), our room wasn’t ready for another hour. Even after finally getting the room, it took 25 minutes and multiple calls before the bellboy came to bring up our bags. At check-out, no one arrived to help with our bags, so we ended up hauling all 8-9 bags ourselves.
The room didn’t match the website photos, which showed a separate shower area, but both bathrooms had shower-tub combos. In the master bath, the tap leaked and the shower head barely worked. When we asked the front desk, they said all 2-bedroom units were the same and didn’t address the photo discrepancy.
The front desk was clearly short-staffed and rarely picked up calls from the room. There was no info in the room on which number to call for reception, housekeeping, or anything else. The app messaging was also frustrating—they’d reply after hours, if at all.
No “Do Not Disturb” or “Make My Room” buttons in the apartment, so every request had to go through the front desk.
The furnishings and equipment felt worn out. The AC could only be set to auto mode, and the TV only had YouTube—no Netflix or other streaming options.
Overall, the experience didn’t feel worth the price, and we wouldn’t stay here again.
I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton and had a wonderful experience!
From the moment I arrived late at night, the team, led by the friendly Egyptian manager, Khaled (?)made me feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was impressed by how polite everyone was.
The room was fantastic—comfortable and well-appointed. I even ordered room service at 2 AM, and it was excellent!
Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring I started my day off right. The location of the hotel is also perfect, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton for anyone looking for a great stay!
The best thing we were impressed with the hotel is when asked for a late check we were given an option to check out by 2pm. Also after check out , our luggages were kept in their safe custody till the time of our flights. As we were a group with elders and children we were access to the lobby toilet only to freshen before we left to airport.(though we checked out). Their admin staff in person spoke to us asking if any discomfort or anything to upgrade which made our day.
I’m definitely coming back soon for my next stay.
