A new resort at the Marjan Island. The hotel feels airy and new. The ambience is good. What the place lacks is a sense of cosiness or warm welcome. There's a bouncy castle in the shallow waters of the beach for the kids and some other outdoor activities. The restaurants are decent but the buffet spread might need some more improvement. Spent 2 days and 1 night in this beautiful beach resort. It took more than 1 hr drive from Dubai but the trip is totally worth it! The view is spectacular! The pool and beach are amazing! I went to the Hotel to pick up my mom, who stayed there for a night. The service was good and my mom didn't have any complaints about her stay. But when one enter the hotel one does not feel welcome, as there is a really bad smoking smell and it seemed to me as if people were smoking in the lobby area. Also the elevator floor was completely soaked, which was not nice at all.

A very nice and premium property with great rooms, beautiful views, and great staff. Clean and nice swimming pools, that too with very less crowd. It was all in all a great experience here. The only issue is the lack of vegetarian food options here. Beef is served here right next to the limited vegetarian food counters, which makes it very difficult for Indian visitors to have food here.

My group of friends had a nice staycation at this hotel. It's absolutely luxurious, and the buffet breakfast was totally amazing. We enjoyed all the amenities provided during our stay. I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on. There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall the stay was good. The breakfast option is really good. My only feedback will be regarding the room service. Basic dental kits and bathroom slippers were not available and we had to request the reception repeatedly to send it but they only sent it 24hrs later.

Several small things could have been improved during my stay. The staff and facilities did not seem prepared during high season: From towel shortages at the pool & at the beach to broken thermostats in the room. Beautiful surroundings, definitely allows for all your stress to “evaporate”. Front desk staff are lovely, well mannered. The rooms are large, and homey. The views and the beach are what make me love this place the most. I felt welcomed by the hotel, which probably sound crazy as it is just a building but, it’s an incredible feeling.
