It’s not what it used to be few years ago. Prices have gone significantly up, the level of service have reduced. Food is mediocre, there are cracks on the walls, wallpapers are torn, carpets with stains.

It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy. We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place. Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories. We've had a great stay so far. Staff are all so friendly and willing to help despite the reviews saying otherwise! They upgraded us to a nice balcony room with an amazing view. Overall experience was good as a budget option. Cleanness wasn't the strong point of that room, as it wasn't very well cleaned. We had to have the bedlinens changed on check-in since they had stains and hair on them. Staff was very helpful and helped with everything.

Nice hotel generally. The room was big and comfortable. The spa services were great, but the stairs out of the pool were full of water and slippery. Also, there was a broken tile out of our bathtub. Solo traveller. I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down.

It was a nice hotel. Always very warm inside and with modern decoration. But there were some problems. For example, there wasn't a curtain in the bathroom window and we were forced to use it with the lights closed. Also, there weren't extra rolls of toilet paper and the reception was always empty. The hotel is exactly as advertised. The rooms as spacious and the location is great, only 5 minutes from the gondola. The only drawback for us was the breakfast. The dishes are fixed and you can't eat all you want as it happens in other hotels. Apart from that my stay was very pleasant.

Great place for big groups! The lady in the reception was so nice! Kept our apartment clean the entire time. The kitchen is almost fully equipped, few essentials are missing, but you could easily fix your self a good meal there. Though you'll need to use google translate to communicate with her..
