Great hotel for our first family skiing holiday. We stayed half board and in the 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food was wonderful- but if you have fussy eaters you may struggle as there’s no chips and chicken nugget type options. The spa was brilliant and a welcome treat after a day of skiing. The whole hotel was really child friendly and welcoming. We will be returning

It’s not what it used to be few years ago. Prices have gone significantly up, the level of service have reduced. Food is mediocre, there are cracks on the walls, wallpapers are torn, carpets with stains.

It's a nice, calm, and clean hotel with comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast. Rooms are huge, and u will find all u need. Stuff is very friendly and always helps if you need anything. The hotel is situated very close to Bansko, so if u want, u can take a taxi and go there.

It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy. We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place. Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories. There were even napkins, sugar, salt, flour, spices. We were also provided with a playpen for the smallest of the children. And she was covered with beautiful sheets and blankets. We've had a great stay so far. Staff are all so friendly and willing to help despite the reviews saying otherwise! They upgraded us to a nice balcony room with an amazing view. Overall experience was good as a budget option. Cleanness wasn't the strong point of that room, as it wasn't very well cleaned. We had to have the bedlinens changed on check-in since they had stains and hair on them. Staff was very helpful and helped with everything.

Nice and quaiet hotel. Till to city center and to telegondola, there are 600m. There are cars free of charge for telegondola every morning and in the afternoon Kind staff. There is spa, parking, bar, conference hall. Rich breakfast.

The room was OK. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was old and with no toiletaries. We had to ask for additional set of glasses. The Spa is nice. Maybe the weakest spot is the underground pafking(terrible for parking big car and there were a lot of animal fecalies)and the food at the restaurant. The breakfast was not so well arranged. Nice hotel generally. The room was big and comfortable. The spa services were great, but the stairs out of the pool were full of water and slippery. Also, there was a broken tile out of our bathtub. Apart from these, the breakfast was great with a big variety of products and the staff was very kind. Not everyone from the staff knew English, so it wasn't really easy to communicate.

The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, pretty good service! There is SPA centre with one not too big but clean pool, steam bath, sauna, salt room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is enough tasty but not too variety. What is very important for us, there is children room and playground

Probably more of a 3.5, a lot of good things are ruined by silly small things. We had a 3 bedroom appt which was ideal, except you flooded the bathroom s whenever you shower. Poor wet room design. Plus a lick of paint would be welcome. Food was fine without being great and weirdly the bar was not part of the hotel and wanted cash payment if used. A cheap and easy hotel in Bansko. No thrills and breakfast is suspect but you can’t really complain given our room was less than a tenner each per person. You can walk to the ski lift but they provide a free shuttle too.

We stayed for three nights (two adults, two kids) and were generally happy. Spa was a bit small and the water in the pool could have been a bit warmer, but other than that staff were kind, responded quickly to all our requests while the room was clean and warm (hot even, I had to turn down the heating).

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room/apartment is clean and spacious. The large pool is a highlight as you can swim in it, compared to other hotels that are too small. Great value for money, especially for a 3 star hotel. The kids had fun in the playground, pools, basketball court and the ping pong room. The room size was fine and the service was really good. The only downside is the breakfast.

What they may lack in certain features you might want, the staff and service they provide is well worth staying here. We have just returned home from a long weekend and we just want to thank everyone at Mountain View for being so kind and helpful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. My second trip to Bansko this month, decided to change hotel and was not wrong. This one is perfect for skiing, practically ski out and ski in, just across from the ski road and only a few minutes’ walk to Gondola. There is also ski hire shop. Everything else was also very good. Clean, warm apartment, beautifully decorated. The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were very warm, just what I need after skiing...

Very good service at a reasonable price. The location is very convenient as you can rent your skis from the hotel and simply walk to the slope which is one minute away and the ski to the gondola station. We have stayed there twice and plan to do so again this year.

Super friendly staff. The best place for our dog that we've visited so far - there was a separate room with spacious bed and bowls for her and the staff gave us a room with a beautiful garden so that the dog can go out as much as she likes :)

It was a nice hotel. Always very warm inside and with modern decoration. But there were some problems. For example, there wasn't a curtain in the bathroom window and we were forced to use it with the lights closed. Also, there weren't extra rolls of toilet paper and the reception was always empty. Nevertheless, it was a good choice and I would recommend it.

The hotel is exactly as advertised. The rooms as spacious and the location is great, only 5 minutes from the gondola. The only drawback for us was the breakfast. The dishes are fixed and you can't eat all you want as it happens in other hotels. Apart from that my stay was very pleasant.
