Excellent. Everything is good. The food, reception is kind, rooms basic but in very good condition. Food is improved. For winter is very good.

It has everything this hotel but in medium quality, it is close to the center of Bansko and it suits great. Variety in their buffet but not so good stuff .. Do not forget to have a massage and Turkish steam bath !! It is also clean and very hot !!

No water on busy hours on the top floor. Bad food and drinks, hard to find free table. Our dirty glasses are still in the room without proper cleaning. The staff are rude. Our fridge is not working.

Not clean, old furniture ... Breakfast and dinner almost same day same way and like in army... Personal on reception very helpful! It is NOT 4 stars hotel!

Nice new apartment with modern equipment and furniture. The only inconvenience is that the pool and spa area is in the main building without indoor connection with other buildings.

The hotel is very nice. It's big, the appartments are big and very clean. We had two terraces, bathroom and a kitchen, big living room and two bedrooms. The view is marvelous! The restaurant is great and the food also. The spa center is well equiped and always full. The swimming pool is not too spacius but enough for relax. The massages are great though! We had a wonderful time there.

The room was awesome. Clean and well maintained. No complaints. Service at reception was great too. The massage service was great. The only annoying this was a "cold" jakuzzy . It was never warm enough and was not solved day after day after at least 3 complaints at reception.

Very nice modern hotel, perfectly located in the city, very nice spa, 5 minutes away from the ski lifts. The staff is extremely polite, helpful and really friendly. I can truly say that they have made my experience even better.

Good value for money during summer time! They have to replace ping pong paddles. Pool table is in the wrong place so difficult to play.

Very nice staff. Appartments are clean and spacious. Breakfast was almost same every day but it was delicious. Spa is nice too. Around 7 minutes walk from the main street. Only flaw is that check in time is not flexible and it is strictly at 14:00.

Great hotel, price-quality is impressive, the service is impeccable and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had an awesome view from our terrace and really enjoyed the spa!

The pool and the spa are very nice. The rooms are big it is a nice place for everyone. The food is not the greatest, but it does the job. The wi-fi wasn't working everywhere when i was there.

Hotel rooms are perfect but as i understood from my group the aparts have poor conditions and cold. Breakfast is good. i had no time to use Spa but they Turkish bath as well. which is good.

Ok for it's price. The food was not very tasty and the fact that there was no lift (elevator) to take up our suitcases was inconvenient. The location however was good as well as the staff. Not the cleanest hotel but again it was ok for it's price.

We had booked for two nights in the second week of August and so far we have been staying for 5 nights and we will stay longer and come again . The Lady manager is very polite and helpful. Only ate there , but service was very friendly. Prices are very cheap. Food is like home made. Nothing special, but big portions and tastes good.

Great value for money accommodation. Very close to the center and quiet area with lots of parking spaces.

We stayed here for an entire week and some of us were lucky to have a nice and clean room while some friends had issues with some bugs in their beds so they needed to switch off the room. Our room was warm and clean and we also received a bottle of champagne on the 31st of December together with some chocolate.

Perfect place for balanced holiday. Near to the ski gondola lift (10 min walk) and to the centre of Bansko 10-15 min. The staff was so good and we recieved a new year gift. It was amazing! 10/10

Good value for money. Clean, warm and very friendly. No noice at night and can get a good nights sleep. Convenient for gondola and town centre. 12 minutes walk to gondola.

Good location, free parking and excellent Wi-Fi, kitchen staff are okay, but Owen is missing. They change towels upon request. Beds are clean.

Just next to Gondola, also a great location for the summer with a playground and a few steps away from Victoria and Motikata restaurants. Also great spa and swimming pool in the near by Astera hotel.

Great bilingual reception staff. Excellent near ski to door location. Pool and sauna very good. Budget apartment block that keeps us coming back.

What a lovely place We've stayed here a few times and would definitely recommend it ? Friendly staff. Swimming and spa area. Ideal location for skiing (close to Gondola) Also near to bars and restaurants but not too close to be disturbed by noise. We'll definitely be going back next year... ?
