Room was clean, staff was nice and breakfast was versitale and tasty. One objection for me was that sound isolation in room was bad. We heard every thing from the hallway as thay are next to me.

The hotel is a bit outdated. Shower has nice water pressure however it is going to spray everywhere... WiFi is very weak in our room (corner room), only a few spots has connection. After my dad suffered a stroke in Sofia, I've been dealing with very rude people throughout the city. Standing in contrast to this, the hotel receptionist Ivan has been very friendly, accommodating and empathetic. I stayed here for two nights. It was a decent hotel. It‘s close to Vitosha Boulevard, about a 15-minute walk. So, I recommend it. The thing I didn't like was the smell inside the closet; I couldn't put my clothes in because it was very smelly. Also, the room wasn't really fresh in terms of air, and something had an unpleasant odor, though I couldn't pinpoint what it was.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Our room was fine - the clerk said it was their best. There is a good shower with very strong water pressure and dispensers for shampoo, body wash and conditioner. If you prefer bar soap, bring your own. At the sink are dispensers for soap and moisturizer. The breakfast is particularly good- see the photos.

It's located near the Train Station that's why we booked it. But we never used the train (or tram) because we liked to walk, that way we could see more of Sofia. Nice hotel 10 minutes walk from the center. The neighborhood is not dangerous contrary to what I have read. On the other hand the wifi is slow the little time it works. We booked in Vega because it’s near a lot of consulates (which was our reason of the trip), so it was very convenient! The breakfast was amazing, simple but very good! Enjoyed every bite. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. It is very clean and there are a lot of hygiene and cosmetic products in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and there is very good coffee. When I will visit Sofia again, I will choose the same hotel.

Avoid the breakfast! It was by far the worst we had in the entirity of Bulgaria and certainly isn't worth its money. You got bakeries all around for that. The rooms were OK, although could use some maintanence. The showerhead was broken in a way that half of the water came out its back.

Just a ten minute walk from all the action its close enough to be ideal amd far enough to be "quiet." Rooms are excellent in size and amenity and the bed is comfortable. The shower is like a jet wash which is a positive; you can turn it down. Good breakfast, polite staff. It is a win win for me and I'll look to stay in a COOP hotel again no problem

The location is good and the people from reception are cooperative. The hotel itself is old and although the rooms and common areas are clean, it's obvious that everything around is in need of a massive renovation. I arrived without reservation at 1am and they gave a studio for the price of a double room. Then they also stored my suitcases for the whole afternoon. It’s not a 5* hotel but was okay for the price.

The jacuzzi was not working, they said one of the guests broke it. I'm not sure why the hotel is 4 stars. Other then that it's close to some nice locations (with a car), it's clean, quiet, you can get a nice massage that costs extra, but it's worth it, it's pet friendly as well.

Very good hotel. The rooms are very big and the beds are good for hotels.the service is good. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant serves good food in the rest of the day. Just make sure you don't stay in the first floor because sometimes it can be noisy and smells from cigarettes.

It is good value for money and the breakfast is ok. Great location if you need to take coach or train as both stations are within 10 mins walk. Otherwise if planning to explore Sofia probably can find something in a nicer area and more central.

This a great place for your rest, since they have really wide range of options for saunas, pools, infrared sauna room and etc. The staff is amazing! Extremely polite and very hasty! First time at Sophia and this is our hotel. Managed to get an awesome deal on a huge room with a great view and spa treatments included. All the sunas are working pretty great, the massage cost extra, but I didn't get the chance to try it. The only minus is that the gym and hot tub was under renovations. The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty. But receptionist was really helpful and nice, they take dogs and the bed was OK. Parkin was really good, road to the hotel was horrible. Breakfast was nice.

We came across this place by chance after a long hike and had an unexpectedly lovely, high-quality meal! They allowed us to bring our dog (although if you have a male dog there is one here that can be a bit aggressive). The views from the lounge area are impressive.

Even though the hotel is outside Sofia center, there is a tram nearby. Transport is cheap. Breakfast was good with lots of fruits and sweet desserts besides the usual items usually served in continental breakfast. It seems like a popular hotel for birthday parties.

Definitely a "smaller" hotel. I say this as I. The amount of rooms they have available. We were on the top floor and the last room (57) Rooms themselves were absolutely fine, beds a little on the low side. The only issue we had was with the heating. Very warm in the room and the fan didn't seem to work so would have had to keep the door ajar to allow cool air in.

Set in leafy beautiful Boyana, rigth in the quiet centre, a couple of minutes away to the lovely gardens of Unesco designated Boyana church.
