We booked the standard room and it was little small. But it clean and everything is working. They also have coffee and tea inside the room and a mini refrigerator...they have breakfast buffet for a price of 22 euro. Breakfast is great u must say. Great location! Service is great! Really really great hotel! Rooms immaculate, stylish and service impeccable. Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Indeed a high quality as well as "easy-going" stay since this is a centrally located hotel situated next to an important train station, also next to important city sights, museums etc. We are happy that our stay was a very relaxing one even though it was mainly for a congress. The hotel has also a nice restaurant that may serve until late, should someone needs it.

A great hotel in excellent location, walkable distance to lots of restaurants, shops and landmarks. The room was nice and clean, bed comfortable. Stayed here twice! Everyone is so nice, especially with my broken German! The rooms are so nice and spacious as well. I love the app to request amenities! Overall, I am very satisfied. The service staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very rich. There is a subway station 2 minutes away on foot, and there are many department stores for shopping in about 10 minutes on foot.

This hotel was my FAVORITE in Berlin. The rooms were very luxurious and top tier. The service was attentive and very accommodating to any request that I had. The in hotel dining for dinner and breakfast was delicious. Make sure to take advantage of the indoor Pool/Spa/Sauna on the 7th floor. I enjoyed every moment here. Amazing location on Museum Island literally the centre of Berlin. U bahn station 2 minutes walk. The rooms are modern, confortable and well designed. Currently staying at this hotel (4 nights, with 1 more left. The weather has been very hot, 33c 2 days in a row. There is no air conditioning, anywhere in the hotel. Very nice hotel near the river. Close to the station and everything, also there is a big mart near the hotel. the staff were kind and helpful. However, the TV was slightly outdated, and air-conditioning was not that good. But it was super clean, so that was big plus points.
