Holiday Inn - Hamburg - HafenCity, an IHG Hotel

A nice cozy hotel in Hafencity with helpful staff. Very close to the subway so very convenient for traveling to other parts of the city.

The breakfast was decently good but slightly high priced if not included in the package.

Hotel is near the station, easy access to the city. walking distance to the miniature wonderland.

This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable Hotel I ever stayed in. All the staff is so kind and friendly. No matter what your request might be, they try jard to make it happen. The food is absolutely incredible and for people like me, who like to walk and discover the city and surroundings, the location is sheer perfect. Thank you for having my daughter and me. It's been incredible 5 days at yours. Can't wait coming again.

Spacious and enjoyable stay.
The room had large windows that can be opened slightly to allow fresh air into the room. A good speed internet and I will personally be adding it to my list of top 5 hotels to stay at in terms of value, comfort & location.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. It is within walking distance to museums and tourist attractions. The hotel is also in close proximity to the underground transportation to Hamburg Central Station and beyond.

Great hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast outstanding. But expensive. Location slightly out of town but well connected. To get the room cleaned everyday you have specifically requested it at the reception.

A newer IHG property which is in a great and really quiet area. I loved it a lot being there and I will definitely make this my go to hotel when I am in Hamburg. The only thing i could say is bad about it was at the check in. The guy who checked us in wasn't really social or open to talk, he was quiet cold and distant, but I guess that is the north German way. Other wise was great. The bar in the lobby is also great and nice for a hangout after a long day.

Nice easy check-in, if you come by car be aware limited spaces in hotel parking house, but parking is free between 8-20 and 9-20 on surrounding streets, EV slow charger in P house 400 m from hotel.
A borrowing neighbourhood but nice and quiet.

Excellent hotel. Our room was nice and spacious. Service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of different dishes.

I already spent a couple of nights in this hotel over the last two years. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. As a loyal client of the brand, I received an upgrade to the suite. It was very spacious, comfortable and quiet, even though it was located facing the street side. Only downside was that the mini bar of the suite is not refilled anymore. Saving the hotel probably less than 5 Euros a day but making a great impact on the customer's perception of the goodies and value of the room (once again the controller wins over the customer experience).
