Good hotel. 20 of us stayed for a stag weekend, all well behaved. Friendly staff. 30min walk from all the nightlife.

If you appreciate comfortable, clean rooms and piece and quiet from your hotel and good night sleep, this hotel is the right one. Nearby you can find not so expensive and good parking place for your car (Messehallen).

Great location for Hamburg Half Marathon finishing line. St. Pauli Football Club within easy reach down yhe main road.

The location is a bit shady as the back road is super lonely even during the day time. Otherwise the hotel rooms, service and their breakfast is very good.

I went there on a business trip for 4 nights this Nove 2023. The breakfast was good , I stayed there for four days but the menu was same everyday, could be improved with slightly different menu. This hotel is beside a really beautiful park and a close walking distance ( apprx 7-8 min walk) to the Dammtor Train Station. The staffs were very kind and helpful. The blankets and especially pillows were very comfortable. Bed could be improved. Bed sheets and towels were quite old , but cleaned. There were No kettle, no tea or coffee in the room. Location wise very good location. Room air-condition was good. Carpet was little bit smelly when I moved into the room. Would like to request the Management to look into this. The standard room was not very big, but was equipped with all the necessities. Safe and hairdryer etc included. cleaned the room everyday. My own mobile network (mine was Vodafone) /internet wasn't working most of the time due to very low signal within the room ( my room was in 2nd floor), however their free wifi was running smoothly. Overall good experience.

Worst hotel where I have stayed. Some basic amenities are missing in the rooms (even though they are promised to be provided). For example the AC does not work in the room. The temperature control panel in the room was just a gimmick. Similarly, the lighting in the rooms is also so bad that its effect remains somewhat prickly. They are so intense that you would rather be in a dark room than be in these rooms. Bed sheets also feel itchy. So if one is expecting a good stay, I would suggest not to come. Worst option. I think they are only charging it for it's location. Nothing special and pleasant in this hotel.

I like the Intercity hotels, they’re practical… went there on a business trip. The breakfast is always very good, and they have vegan options as well which is very nice! This hotel is beside a really beautiful park and a close walking distance to the city. We got complimentary transit passes which I loved. The staff was very kind and helpful. The blankets and especially pillows were very comfortable. I could just say I wish they put kettles in the room to make tea. Also, sometimes at Intercity they don’t refill the soap dispensers every day… and I wish there was conditionner for hair, and would prefer a bar of soap too.

First time going to Hamburg and staying at this hotel. First thing to say there are a number of Intercity hotels in Hamburg make sure you either book the right one or get transferred to the right one. Check in done very quickly, the rooms can be easily accessed by lifts or stairs. Good size room and bathroom, there is a fridge in the room if needed. The shower in the bathroom was good size and worked well.
If you stay to the front you have a nice view of the park opposite to the rear there appears to be a prison, barbed wire and bars on windows.
Breakfast is €17 as of April 23 given what is available there is a lot on offer. I was there on business so not making as much use of the hotel as tourist might, not that there is much to use, no gym, no pool, no games room.

- No charging station for EV.
- Can’t reach any of staff via phone even they published the phone numbers on websites or bills but still not available. Calling for parking guidance would take a hours for answering. Mostly the hotel would work 24/7, not this one.
- If you want to have good time in Hamburg, I would recommend NEVER choose this hotel. Worst!
