First the positives:
- We were warmly welcomed to hotel. I mentioned it was my birthday and so there were a few little touches - a small cake in the room, and later some complimentary refreshments.
- The hotel was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was extensive and excellent.
- Overall, the staff were happy to help in any which way they could.

On the downside:
- It's not the hotel itself; but the location may not be for everyone. Nearby there is a lot of building work which can be off putting. And the main station attracts some undesirable people - which if you are not well travelled may be a major cause for concern for you.

The rooms are very quiet, no noise from corridor or outside. Staff are friendly and very efficient. The bar in the evening has a great selection of drinks. The breakfast buffet has a wide choice and something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

The Best Western Plus Hamburg provides a wide range of brochures and information at the front desk, which is convenient. However, I found the staff to be somewhat disengaged and lacking personal interest in assisting guests, which took away from the overall hospitality experience.

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were nice, but the location is near areas that are a bit scary at night. We liked our room very much and the location worked well since we needed to be close to the central train station. The pricing was also good, but be aware that the surrounding neighborhood is more rough than expected.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the central railway station along the road that passes outside the main entrance.

My room was very spacious and overlooked a side street so was incredibly quiet for a location so close to the train station. The breakfast was well stocked and offered a good choice for all diets.

I would happily stay there again.

Offentlig transport meget tæt på.
Man kunne høre undergrundsbanen passagerer under hotellet/under vejen foran.
Prøvede ikke morgenmaden da jeg syntes det var lidt dyrt 22euro per person per dag. Mange muligheder for at få morgenmad i nærheden billigere.
