Outstanding Stay – Warm Hospitality and Great Location

I had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The owners and staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. They are not only attentive and professional, but also genuinely caring and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Each detail shows how much the hosts care about their guests' comfort.

The breakfast is more than sufficient – fresh, tasty, and with a good variety. My personal favorite were the scrambled eggs – absolutely delicious!

The location is excellent – central, yet quiet, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions.

This hotel is a true gem with heartwarming hospitality, a high standard of cleanliness, and a perfect location. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

Very good experience. The hotel fully met my expectations: clean, comfortable, centrally located, and with a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent value for money. The reception staff was also very friendly. I would definitely come back!

Very comfortable stay. Hotel Jeta is located 5 min away by walking from Harburg Rathaus SBahn stop. I arrived in the aeroport and It was an easy journey until getting the Hotel.

I found my room really clean and with a nice couch. The Windows have a good isolation from noise. The receptionist is really kind.

It is a nice Bed & Breakfast in Harburg, close to many restaurants, shops and to the S-Bahn station. Right now the hotel is renovation a big part of the building - however since I am out during the day until afternoon it didn't bother me. There is no elevator (yet- its under construction) So the access is not fit for everyone!
The hotel itself does not provide a parking service (normal in this area). There is a parking area (3 floors) next to the hotel where a day ticket costs 5 €.
The breakfast for 6 € is good. You can also have fresh scrambled eggs if you ask for it. Tea, coffee, juice to drink and fresh cheese, salami, fruits and cornflakes are available.
The service personnel is really friendly and helpful, which I really liked and kept in mind. Within 15 min you can be in Hamburg via the S-Bahn which is great. I do not recommend to use a car because of the horrible traffic!
For a Bed & Breakfast the price is good for a short stay (business/travel)

Super hotel, clean and modern rooms , friendly staff, practical location and good breakfast. Parkhaus across the road only cost 5euros per day and it is also easy to get the train to Hamburg city and back, we were very happy and would stay again, thank yoou.
