Excellent hotel for a city trip. Just a 5 minute walk from the city center. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, great air conditioning and private parking. We did think the breakfast was very pricey (27 euros) so we just got our own breakfast. Other than that very nice and comfortable hotel.

System went down at 3 pm (same time check in started), so we were all stuck at the lobby not able to check in and I had an event to be at 5 pm, which I was hoping to get ready in my room, with privacy. I had to change at the wellness room, with no privacy since housekeeping walked in at some point and as another user review said, it was very warm inside the wellness room. Avoid this hotel. Receptionists are also very rude and seems like you’re an annoyance. I’ve even seen a receptionist rolling eyes at guests. This is unnaceptable for customer service. Another receptionist doesn’t know how to speak English properly. At some point, communication about the issue and “accommodations given to apologise for the incovenience” were done only in German. Really? What about the non-German speaking guests? Only after 2 minutes of information have been already given the hotel manager realised not everyone spoke German there. Not the treatment you’d expect from a 4-star hotel at all. I’ve also seen a review from 2 months ago stating the receptionists were rude and none of the Accor Silver membership benefits were given to them, and I can confirm this has also happened to me at my stay. Even though the hotel acknowledged in this review they would address the miscommunication and rude staff issues, clearly nothing has been done in these 2 months.

We have been staying at the hotel on our wedding night and the night before. We had a room with a stunning view over Cologne and a beautiful balcony. We received a small marriage cake to enjoy, and I had a special hanger for my wedding dress. I loved the way they took care of even the smallest things.

There is a generosity about this hotel that is all too rare these days. Heaps of toiletries in the bathroom, free minibar with beer and juices, and a magnificent breakfast. The outdoor elevator was an unexpected joy too.

A superb business hotel wonderfully located in Cologne. Just a 10-minute walk from the city center and main businesses. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious with a slightly retro feel, and a lovely melody to fall asleep to, which I adore! Plenty of spaces to work efficiently, and all the services needed for relaxation. I simply loved it!"

It is a very good modern hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. We liked the way the staff at the front desk were welcoming. The breakfast is very good with various options. The hotel is centrally located, which makes it very easy to reach major attractions.

I’m a fan. Super nice & efficient personnel, rain shower, free minibar plus 3 large bottles of free water, Nespresso machine, and tons of toiletries in the cheapest room. The huge breakfast buffet had everything except waffles. I wanted some and the Chef immediately jumped to action, apologizing that it took so long. It took literally 2 minutes and they were good waffles. The bar on top of the building makes good and creative cocktails. I don’t have a single complaint.

The Pullman Cologne is in an amazing location in the city. With approx 5 minutes away from the tram station, we found it super easy to get around the city at a very affordable rate. It's also a short taxi ride from the airport - if taxis are your preference. On arrival, it was a super quick check-in. We found the staff to be very nice and friendly, always willing to offer some help when required. Rooms were nice and comfortable with nice views of the city.
The onsite restaurant has a good range of meals for dinner. We did use the restaurant once and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent property and a great location within a close proximity to the city center and the Dom. The staff is friendly & helpful. The room was clean, well kept and with a nice view out of the window. Overall, had a lovely three night stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely one of the nicest hotels to stay in, in this part of Germany. Will highly recommend it and would love to come back again.
