The hotel was conveniently located near Cologne’s main landmarks. Anyway, Cologne is a fairly compact city; you don’t need transport to get around.
Our beds were super-comfortable and ensured a restful sleep. The stylish design and comfortable furnishings of the room created a real feel-good atmosphere. The halls of our floor were nicely decorated with urban art. Each floor had a different theme.
The staff was kind and helpful. They also served a fabulous breakfast buffet, which was included in our rate. Also, at weekends, breakfast time was extended until 12:00 pm, which gave us some extra time to sleep.

I would like to recommend this hotel to Hyatt members.
As a new member of Hyatt, at first they are not very familiar with Hyatt benefits.
But when they make it clear, they kindly upgrade suites for me and give me access to the lounge. The staffs are very kind and patient.
The location is also very good, close to the city centre and U-Bahn.

if you need a room with adequate AC and climate control in the summer DO NOT come here. the room is extremely warm and you cannot lower the AC. i have been sweating every night and they don’t even have a fan to provide. i hate when hotels do this to paying guest. stop limiting the coolness of our room!

Very decent city hotel I'm a good location. It's easy to get to the hotel from central station by subway, and it's in the middle of the bar and party area.
The room seemed a bit outdated and could use a refresh, the AC could be stronger.
Else I got a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was fine, a good standard I'm Germany. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I will be back.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and were able to communicate in both German and English, so for tourists already a good spot. Rooms were very tidy, and the breakfast in the morning was incredibly tasteful and had lots of choices! The price is a bit higher perhaps than your usual hotel room in Cologne, but I believe it's worth it due to the high standards that they provide at this hotel.

The Lindner City Plaza is fantastic located in between culture, art and shopping areas in the heart of Cologne. In a cozy room, facing the patio, excellent food, and a great Spa & Fitness-Lounge, we felt very warm hosted and welcomed at any time by the hotel staff.

Very central hotel and near Köln nightlife. Room and service were great. Price included breakfast which was okayish. Breakfast area is too small and no variety in breakfast at all. Good for a business stay in Köln

The staff was fantastic and helped us with all of our requests. The breakfast is very good and complete. The bathroom is very practical and beautiful.

Was in the center so that’s was the only good thing.
The room was bad! First floor with sound from the street. The air conditioner is noisy! The door from the bathroom is a joke (glass that you need to push it- but hard to push it back). The sealing from the shower was pealing off! And don’t let me start with the breakfast! Super full, almost hitting each other to pass! No organization there specially at corona time! Wouldn’t go back that’s for sure!
