Good and a little bad.
Location is above major highway with loud and frequent traffic. Must close windows tight to keep out noise. Good location. Nice eating places nearby and U bahn close.

The hotel is located on the main street of Potsdamer Strasse. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The hotel has a parking garage, but the aisle is too narrow and the slope is very large, so you need to be very careful when driving. The aisle of the hotel is too narrow, the room area is small, and the hygiene is OK. The speed of reception and check-in is also OK.

1. The parking garage is too narrow. It's not good, even for a normal car. Too tedious to park, always stressful that it might get scratched somewhere.
2. Booked hotel with rate inclusive of breakfast, but the manager Mr. Daud couldn't even generate the invoice that included a single line item with accommodation and breakfast together. He started arguing and giving excuses about the system. I had to show him invoices of other hotels to convince them to be done. Even then, finally he couldn't generate the correct invoice as per contract.
3. Rooms and bathrooms are too narrow. The water spills over from the shower tub to the bathroom floor, making it completely wet and not usable.
Overall, it was a very bad experience. I'm never staying again here.

It was nice and clean and quiet. I've stayed there before and will stay there again. I would give it a 5 instead of a 4 but in this room the heat was way too high no matter what the thermostat was set at. It's a shame to waste energy but we had to open the window to cool the room. Also the shower didn't drain well and it overflowed onto the floor.

The room is a bit small, barely enough to fit two suitcases. It is close to the subway station and English garten, which is not bad.
