Very convenient location, less than 5 min walk from the Munich Hbf. Room is great for the price, bed is comfortable and the bathroom is super spacious! Love that the TV is new and of good quality too

Good location as its closed to the central station. There is a water dispenser for guests which is good. Iron equipment and kettle are not in the room and need to ask front desk to provide

Later I found out that the refrigerator was also broken, but I didn't report it! The hotel's breakfast was very rich, and the waiters were very enthusiastic, very good!

Only quib is that the bedroom is a little cramped, and there is just enough space to open a luggage on the floor with barely any walking space left. Perfect for a solo traveler but might be a little cramped for 2 persons

I understand that he couldn’t do anything at that night because the housekeeper had already left but a better attitude would be nice to comfort the guests. Considering as 4 stars hotel, this is unacceptable service

When i went to the front desk, the receptionist was shrugging and said nothing he can do instead of apologising on behalf of the hotel for wrongly taking my towels in the first place

This hotel is OK, the breakfast is pretty good, and the traffic is very convenient. If not, you can reach the commercial street. It takes 5 minutes to walk out to Gucci and other luxury brand streets

This hotel was an absolutely fabulous place to spend a week in Munich. The location is central to the Marienplatz and with a few lovely neighbourhood restaurants at its doorstep

A stunning hotel, especially the communal areas. Very friendly staff. Loved staying here. They even let me borrow a bike. This is now a new favourite hotel of mine!

Whilst we were here, my husband had to be rushed to the hospital in an ambulance and without the staff here, I would have been so lost

Suite had plenty of outlets and was very roomy. Morning bkfst was a fancy delight. Just embrace the table setting in front of you (they will light that candle). Truly enjoyable 3-night stay

Last week we were here and had nice days in munich. the most thing was alright and I gave tips for the cleaner, later I found that she made a beautiful room for us! some fabric stuff on the bed was like a flower

Facilities: The hotel's facilities are relatively new for European hotels and are quite comprehensive. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with rooms cleaned daily, so no worries

There are free apples at the front desk! The reception is also very warm! Good value for money! Free candies are also given when you check in!

Environment: Excellent location, close to the train station

Staff very nice and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage early before check in. The room was very nice although small. The shower is very small so if you are large it may be uncomfortable

We were even checked in ahead of schedule. Excellent location: there are many bus stops, cafes, restaurants nearby, and a train station nearby. Breakfast is very filling and tasty

The breakfast is good, with a variety of varieties, including various breads and croissants, cheese, bacon, suasage, scrambled eggs, soybeans, coffee, tea juice, and fruit ,yogurt,…

There is an Indian restaurant next door, and there is a Chinese restaurant with good ingenuity within a ten-minute walk. It is not far from the bus, subway, S1, and S2 stations

Wonderful hotel, ideally situated for Munich central. The service was excellent, I felt very welcome and looked after.

Close to everything, buses and underground all either around the corner or very walkable. The owner has a collection of vintage posters that rotate around the walls

Just recently had a 4 night stay at this hotel and I have nothing but praise, the location is excellent, close enough that you're in walking distance from all the focal points of the city but tucked away enough that you don't get all the noise from the busy areas

The breakfast buffet is decent (much better than US based 4 stars breakfasts). Good variety of food, bread, muesli, cold cuts etc

Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of food to choose from and the staff were friendly and efficient and helpful always with a smile. We would definitely stay here again if we have a return trip to Munich

This hotel covers the most important needs for a touristic travel: proximity to most popular touristic landmarks, cleanliness, friendly staff, a decent breakfast, a comfortable bed

It’s an old building and rooms are narrow, but they cover the basics pretty well. The only downside is that the building is an old one and sound isolation is a miss

The hotel has unmanned smart check-in. The environment is good, but the smart system is not easy to operate.

Property conveniently located in Downtown Munich. Room let in a little bit of noise from public transportation. Overall I would recommend this stay.

The public transport and street noise was high despite the insulated windows. It was also very hot in the two rooms we booked despite the air conditioning being on maximum. The adjoining restaurant bar was great

That's when I also realized that there were so many other guests in the hotel. They also have freshly brewed helles and Weiss beers apart from other drinks. We tried both beers and they were very good

A very good surprise as the hotel is in the heat of Munich. You can even come by during the day to freshen up if you need to. The rooms are very nice and practical

The rates were different for the different nights I stayed, so one was an excellent value and the other not as much. The room was small and had very thin towels which wasn't great for drying long hair

Breakfast was good and the refrigerator provides 4 free beverages: apple juice, water, beer, and Coke. I drink 2 of the 4, and asked to swap the 2 I don't drink for the 2 I do

I could watch the tennis and wake up to a beautiful dawn chorus. I was super lazy and took a taxi most places as it was very reasonable, but I know it is also very easy to use public transport

The staff were the loveliest people ever, the breakfast was so delightful and there were so options, there was something for everyone. It was easy to pop into the city centre with just a quick walk and underground ride

My single room was efficiently laid out and had everything I needed, including a fridge. There’s a nice breakfast buffet, and a little bar/lounge for a cocktail before or after hitting the town

One of the best beer gardens in Munich! The place is absolutely beautiful on a sunny weekend to sit down and relax with friends and family! I love every single dish that was created and served! Starting with pommes (fresh and crispy) and then to the bavarian Obatzda and the fresh Kuchen and Brezel! An absolute delight! Will be back for more 😋

I’ve only been to the Restaurant and beergarden. I might be inclined to say, that this is the best Biergarten in Munich

One of my favorite beer gardens. Lot's of nice and big trees, shadow, the cooling river "Würm" and the food as also quote ok for a beer garden. Recommend to have a look and try.

The beer garden and service are really nice. There are tables beside the river and if you are lucky you can see some ducks. It is a bit quieter than an average beer garden in Munich and I would definitely recommend it.

The Service was good and flexible, there are a few of our guests prefer to eat fish wanted to, which was not actually planned

Good hotel with big room for fair price

Very spacious room! Excellent stay, only challenge: knowing where to put what part of the trash, there are 4 different bins. Otherwise very spacious, a living room, bedroom and a large bacony!

The hotel is in a quiet community, and the entrance is a bit small, so it is easy to miss the entrance when driving, but after entering, I feel that the environment and parking lot are good

This is rather good option, if you have a car. Short and easy way to the airport
