We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. My wife loved the convenience and updated features. The front desk staff were very helpful with tips for getting around the city and wonderful restaurant recommendations.

Virtual/AI host helps with getting in and out of the building and other guest request period I could see where this might not be ideal for many travellers who want a higher touch situation but it's quiet decent location good access to public transportation and therefore I could recommend staying here for short and even longer stays

The location of the hotel is very good, there are many bars and restaurants nearby. The room is just as expected and each room has its own wifi network

Really loved the apartment, very clean, modern and comfortable, the location was ok but easy links to public transport. It did get a little noisy at times, though not enough to Really bother me

Breakfast is not too big but good quality. The free common minibar downstairs is always full of good stuff. The comfort double room we had was spacious and had everything we needed and more

Amazing hotel with the best staff. The hotel has been established in 1890 but you would never know from the modern rooms and amenities. The space is gorgeous and every room is unique

The rooms are clean, there is every day a new candy, a flower is in the room and the Standard of hygiene articles. Body Lotion I've found, a toothbrush and razor. The Breakfast was excellent, very friendly staff

Quite hotel. Comfortable, air con could do with being stronger. Good breakfast. Good location with #15 tram just next door though walking into town is easy.

The place is near to town center, personell always present at the front desk, the room was good enaugh but they forgotten to clean the floors. Dog frendly.

The few downsides for me are the flooring, which is rock and therefore might be too cold for some, and there is no water heater or microwave available anywhere, which means you either have to eat out, order take-out or eat cold things

For a hotel that doesn't have an on-site restaurant which would provide lunch and dinner as well, I find it wouldn't be bad to have the aforementioned appliances available, just in case

Great hotel. Especially for business stay. Good breakfast with a lot of choices and vegan milk(oat and almond). No service for diner. But again for business it is for sure good.

They provided complimentary 2 bottles of water, their coffee in the cafe is really good, but not free! They provide breakfast at an extra charge, didn’t try it

Rooms are small but clean and very well kept. Service is top notch and staff is friendly and makes me feel at home. Only small change I would make is to have the coffee shop/lounge open longer hours

Located just a couple minutes walk from the S Bahn train station which gives you easy access to all of Munich. There are also a few nice small restaurants within a couple minutes walking distance

First of all, the hotel staff were very rude, only a Palestinian lady was very nice when we first arrived, WiFi was Terrible, when ever I got inside my room the signal dropped, and when I asked to change my room, because I was on a business trip and needed to work, the response was we can’t do that while the boss is not here, you can work downstairs in the cafe! The rooms were big enough and clean...

Wi-fi worked perfectly, the breakfast is good with fair variety of food, tasty coffee and even waffles made by your self. Overall excellent value for money

Not at the center of Tourist attraction (marienplatz) but very near from train station. REWE mart is just opposite of the hotel so very convinience to re-stock. Aircon is not cold and staffs asked us to open the window

This is a very satisfying hotel. It was our first time in Munich and everything was unfamiliar. It was an interesting and fun trip, but it was also tiring

They offer free cappuccinos and we brought some lovely baked goods around Theresienstrasse every night for following breakfast, skipping the pricey eat-in option. The room is quiet and clean with an excellent shower

It’s only 5 minutes to the Kunstareal (where the excellent Munich museums are) and you also have plenty of food options around (even on Christian holidays! So viva immigration!)

The hotel is very well placed in the city. The staff is nice, and the breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable, but the blankets are really small, which is not convenient for tall people.

Staff didn’t have good overview of new guests arriving and it took a long time before we were offered coffee. No labels on food served for breakfast. Worrying with respect to allergies

Overall our experience was good at this hotel. However, we did have to change rooms due to a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. It took about an hour but we finally were able to change rooms

Hotel Schlicker was a great place to stay! When we arrived the elevator was broken, but the staff brought our luggage up to our room. We faced the street and loved the view! The location can't be beat either

The room is cozy, the bedding is clean and hygienic, the Minibar is well equipped, there is an independent capsule coffee machine, there are several flavors of coffee, and the drinking water and juice drinks in the refrigerator are also good

So far so good, no complains at all. Polite staff, the room was really clean and cozy. I had 2 demands before we arrived, and they were done completely without hesitation

Buffet breakfast is pretty good. This hotel is still about a 20 minute drive into the Munich City Centre. So the stairs are a much better option

The rooms are modern and very clean. We paid an upcharge to get a room at the back of the building and there is no street noise. If you choose not to have your room cleaned then you receive a €5 credit

The rooms itself was clean, tidy and even had a british style plug outlet. There was also a very generous offer on the mini-bar where you could take all items from the mini-bar for around 5 Euro

In our minifridge there are 2 beers, 2 waters, a juice and coke which in my opinion is a pretty fair deal if you don't have time to go to a quick shop

In a very good place, near to the city centrum (Marienplatz). We just stayed for two nights at a very basic room with no breakfast or meal to visit around München and all was well. Clean room, friendly staff etc.

the hotel was situated in a great location close to the marianplatz, tollwood winter market being a straight road to it. Our room was clean and warm and we both had a great night's sleep
