Bartender was always alone, so you had to wait a little longer to order. It wasn't the bartender's fault :)

Great room with kettle and Nespresso. They also have parking spaces available in limited quantity and one plug to charge a car at 4kw which is fast enough for a night. Be careful of the construction site in front

Easy to get to Oktoberfest for those visiting for that, and the rooms have everything you need and very comfortable beds. Most of all, the service was fabulous

My stay there was short but very enjoyable. They’ve got nice beds with all that goes alongside it. I didn’t realise when it was morning and fell like sleeping more

The toilet seat clearly needs more thorough cleaning. It is difficult to get into the shower. Otherwise, the room is ok, good size. Keep in mind that there is a construction site opposite and it is already noisy at 7:00

You either need to hop over to Donnersbergerstraße or Donnersbergerbrücke for futher connectivity through S-bahn/U-bahn/trams. But overall, the prices for their rooms justify the overall experience

Excellent room with great view. Super clean with exceptional staff, especially the concierge who was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us with train tickets and directions. Great gym as well.

In addition the breakfast was one of the best in European city hotels. There can be some improvements in the housekeeping however, as they never added complimentary water after first check-in

The staffs are really friendly, like the one on night shift that helped us happily with our request of warm milk after a rainy day outside, and also the Spa team whom are always so informative and ready to give us a little tour of where is which

Upon arrival in the city, we stopped by to drop our luggage first before walking around town and finding something to eat. To our surprise, our room is ready, and we’re allowed to do an early check in

It is so warm inside that it would be colder if i place a water of bottle to in front of the window than inside the bar. (dates of visit for remark, 29july-1august)

Very close to Arabellapark metro station, breakfast is also good. Check-in time is quick, clean and soundproofed, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

But you would need to switch to another subway line to go to places like Marienplatz, Olimpiapark, etc. The neighbourhood is a business area and is not the best at night. Also almost nothing to eat or buy nearby

Although the price of the room I booked does not include breakfast, I told the front desk when I checked out that I went to get a cup of coffee. You can go along the street in front of the hotel

We had a really good stay here, comfortable beds, beautiful space, good location, easy buses to places, Ubers know where to go and somewhat friendly staff. The only problem is we had a fire alarm at 2

There is a nice shopping center 10 minutes by bus - with coffees and some nice restaurants to eat there. The prices were significantly lower than in the same-level hotels in the city center

I was really impressed with the art hotel Munich. It is in an excellent location. Close to the station and old town Munich only 15 minutes walk way. Our room was ready early and was really nice

The towels were a little thin and could use replacement. The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location

The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs

It was obvious that they didn’t clean the toilet bowl. We could see some orange stain at the bottom of the bowl. There was also awful pee smell in the bathroom. Many options, fresh ingredients

The hotel is close to a subway station and several bus stops. The room and bathroom are large and clean.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed with two children in a two double bed suite and they loved the size of the rooms!!! Breakfast was excellent. The children ate for free and enjoyed having so much choice

Surprisingly good hotel in the north of Munich. Only the service at night was spooky, the people were not friendly and helpful at all.

Awesome stay for a quick trip to Munich. Room was exactly as advertised. Location to bus stops and train stations were only minutes away. Staff were very helpful and we would definitely stay again.

The room where I stayed had enougth space to be confortable. Also there was an useful desk where to connect the laptop. There's a little fridge with a bottle of water for free. The breakfast buffet is the best!

Get to this hotel if you want to be in a quiet nice residential suburb. Service is good and the restaurant is reputed to be excellent. Very luxurious feel overall but especially the breakfast

Stopped here for a nice business lunch. They have a lovely beer garden with massive trees. Daily selection of lunch menus as well as choosing from a la carte. I had the Backhendl which was very nice

Week end in munich, hotel is in a very strategic place in a quiete zone of the city with U bahn and s bahn very close to the hotel. It is expensive enough with a very good relation price quality

I arrived by 1pm, but they had already finished cleaning the room, so they let me check in. The room was clean, and the best thing was that it had a bathtub.

Location is good, in walking distance to a lot of public transport and the old town. Only complaint is that check-in was a bit chaotic due to a large tour bus of guests arriving

clean and nice, usual Holiday Inn standard. we stayed two night, so far so good. have supermarket near by but close on Sundays like most supermarket in Munich

I had a great stay here as a solo female traveler. They have a nice little snack area that you can use self checkout to pay for in the lobby

The hotel was very reasonably priced and quite close to the Olympic Hall by car. Food and drink in the hotel restaurant is also very reasonably priced for a hotel in Munich. I was surprised and had a very good stay.

We stayed at this hotel because it was closely located to another place we had to visit. Convenient to get to and onsite parking was convenient (tight parking area). We dined in the restaurant, the meal was good

One strange thing - it didn't have a telephone in the room. The decor of the room was good and the air conditioning worked fine - definitely a must for July in Munich. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful

Plenty of reasonable places to eat in the area around it. Location is good near to the main station. Excellent public transport system nearby. Noise from the nearby construction was minimal

The lower end of Schiller Strasse (not immediately in front of the hotel) tends to have an interesting mix of people around it, but I was never bothered by anyone there, day or night

There is a market right in front of the hotel!! And it’s right next to the train station. So location is really perfect And the room is quiet big and soo good There is a direct train to get to airport

It'a very comfortable hotel. Great location train station just behind a hotel. There is a supermarket nearby. Room is clean and modern. There is a underground car parking cost 15 euro per day.

Despite being a few kilometers, it is adjacent to the Feldmoching U-Bahn stop, there is also a great REWE next to the U-Bahn as well and buses also stop here, so it is very well connected

Fantastic place, great location with an underground train station right next to the hotel. Staff is also brilliant especially Mr. Till, parking space is very convenient & safe as well

Good choice if you need to stay in that area (as I had), probably not the best choice if you need to visit the city, even if the journey with U Bahn takes approx 20 minutes

Bathroom shower had a long black hair upon arrival. Also whilst our room was at the end by itself, we were woken multiple times over the nights by slamming doors from other rooms. Staff were very pleasant though

Hard working stuff that were always smilling! Very affordable,4 night stay with all inclusive were around 212 euros! The metro station is 2 minutes away and 5 minutes away there's a Lidl
