Eurostars Grand Central

Great location, only a 15 min walk or 3 min by S Bahn from the train station. We opted out of the €20 breakfast and got a delicious cup of coffee and a croissant 2 houses down the street. Clean, beautiful, abdolutely quiet. Personnel friendly. Nice amenities and bar. The only minus: TV was defective, and they wern't able to fix it. Otherwise great. Recommend

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Staff was friendly, rooms were large enough and clean. Nothing to complain 👍it is app 15-30 min to old town...

Room: Clean and spacious, with huge toilets (that had see through glass wall). The hotel staff assisted us to cover the glass with towels (great fix) as we stayed as a family.

Service staff: Were warm, friendly and welcoming.

Amenities: Didn’t get to use other amenities as we only stayed 2 days - but really enjoyed their smart TV with YouTube and Netflix.

If it’s your first time in Munich, this hotel is really in a good spot easy to travel out to many touristy places. Would definitely come back to this hotel if I’m in Munich again (which it is filled with warm and welcoming residents)

My family and I (group of 3) had a great stay at this hotel. Spacious, clean, quiet and super close to the train station. Lots of options for breakfast. Water pressure in the shower was great! One of the better hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe! Highly recommend if you are visiting Munich

Comfortable, well-located hotel. I stayed 3 nights and all was good. Only the chair in my room was not nearly as comfortable as it looked.

The room had a laptop-sized safe, a nice bathroom and generally was well equipped.

Would use again except for the location. The Hackerbrücke station is not convenient for me.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is pretty good. Refrigerator in room hasn't worked, but it has some snacks and warm drinks in it which will stay in it. Restaurant is closed until 4 PM today. The refrigerator might be replaced tomorrow. The drinks will be warm in it tonight and they include warm beer and warm water. The cost of the room includes breakfast. It also includes warm beer and warm water in a warm refrigerator. The air conditioning works well. The bed is comfortable and the room is nice. The bathroom is also nice. Since I do not like warm beer, I cannot say if it is nice. The lady at the front desk seemed unhappy that I hadn't said anything about the refrigerator until now, but we had a bottle of Riesling in it, which was warm, last night with our daughter and her friend from the U.S. That is when we discovered that the refrigerator did not function. It is Oktoberfest and that is very close by. The beer there was cold. I had one and only one. I was surprised there was no live music all over the gigantic area.

Great stay here during Oktoberfest! Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast had great options and staff were very helpful. Location was perfect visiting the Theresienwiese!
Would happily stay again during next years visit
