A wonderfully clean and modern hotel. Room was spacious and the bathrooms were incredible. An easy walk to the train station to get you anywhere you need to go. Lobby bar was also quite nice.

Bathroom was gross and the front desk was rude and mentioned don’t do the “early check-in” it is an absolute mess!

Unfortunately, it is a bad hotel and they refused to clean the room under the pretext of not having enough staff to clean and they left the room without cleaning. I will never stay there again nor recommend it.

The suite was a good size. Modern feel to it. Clean linen, brightly lit and lovely walk in shower. There was enough space for my toddler to get comfy in.
Hotel staff were customer centric and went out of their way to make our experience positive. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety too.

NOT RECOMMEND TO BOOK EARLY CHECK-IN FOR AN IMPORTANT CUSTOMER
Even though they made us book one extra night for as an "early check-in", they cancelled the room and the guest could not get the room on the next early morning!
We asked the hotel for an early check-in, and they recommended to book for full one extra night on the previous day, so our guest can for sure get the room the next early morning.
So we did, made it sure by email for several times with credit number as the guarantee, so that the room will not be canceled even no-show on the previous night, and asked them to keep the room until the next morning.
I extra called them the previous night at 20:30, and asked them not to cancel the room, so the guest can get it for sure the next morning. The front guy has acknowledged and told me on the phone, that the room is checked in for him, so he can only show up the next morning at 7:00 to get the room for sure. Then I sent them an email to make sure of it AGAIN.
The guest arrived the next morning, and he was told that the room is cancelled because of no-show. They even told the guest that there is NO ROOM AVAILABLE for him.

Nice breakfast with a wide variety of food. Recommended! Children under 6 are for free. Price is 19 euros per person.
Clean and comfy rooms, with silent AC, and good lighting. Free wifi. Free Parking in the nearby streets, 25 euro in front of hotel and 30euro in the garage

stay there 4 night. As beginning there have 2 bag coffee. Then day by day I realized if I need more or need cleaning my room have to use pad give order. It is really convenient for management not our customers. Because through pad they easygoing know which room need clean or not. Consider small room space no body keep pad on table. Honestly, this pad I move to some where as I checked in. Btw no body mentioned I have to use it . Once I really need cleaning room. I find pad out of charge. Try call front desk always busy. Try go to front desk always ppl around, most funny thing is if I need cleaning my room, I HAVE TO USE PAD AND SEND ORDER BEFORE 8pm every times. Look : we back hotel before 8pm, in Munich, r u kidding. This is sample as faules Management. So in 4 days my room messy

Nice and clean per default, great for a business trip. It’s close to the U4 metro station, so you can get in and out of the city center (and the train station) quickly. I tried the breakfast buffet once or twice and it was decent. It happened to me once that in the middle of the night (4am) I would hear what sounds like the central ventilation system turn on. This only happened in a few particular rooms on the 2nd floor if I remember correctly.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel, the mattress was unfortunately uncomfortable, the tv never worked properly, we could watch 1 channel and if wanted to switch the whole system will freeze.
The room in general was very clean.

Stayed 2 nights in suite, 3 people. sofa bed was made when we arrived. big room, comfortable. quiet area. very short walk to train station. highly recommended!
