Rooms were big and comfortable but the bedsheets and towels could be cleaner. Service definitely needs improvement, especially at the night shift. Location is okay, it's near to stations so you can reach anywhere.

Nice hotel, well connected to other parts of the city. Cosy, spacious room, comfy bed and perfect breakfast.

The location was great but the service is horrible and overpriced. Definitely not recommended especially for Oktoberfest. The only reason why I didnt give 1 star is the receptionist guy becuase he was very helpful and kind. Hope he becomes worker of the month. It was overpriced and definitely didn’t worth the value. First I have sent them my and my friend’s personal data for check-in but I didn’t want to pay online. Still I got a QR code for making my hotel check-in easier. I went to the reception where a very unkind lady told me that my qr code is not valid because I didnt pay. Then we have argued for a few more minutes if my booking was for 2 or 3 nights. Then she said I have booked a double bed. I said no, we have booked a room with twin beds which means two single beds. Guess what? We got a room with a double bed 😊 so we had to go back. The guy was nice gave us the correct room. They have no gym btw. They have a fancy tablet where you can ask for extra cleaning. They didnt even take the trash out. We didn’t get any fresh towels. Their system is not functioning. The room was dirty anyway. Used earplugs and dust on the floor especially under the bed which you could easily see. Prices are ridiculous. Last night we were so piled up with trash that we had to go to the reception to make a complaint. The guy was nice, he personally took the trash and has brought us fresh towels and offered us free breakfast. Accepted the offer but it didn’t help much to be honest. Our stay was a waste of money.

We stayed here 3 nights. I'd suggest this place. But only for business travels, not much for touristic reasons.

Very clean room.
Quite area.
Adequite sized room.
Superb WiFi.
Modern hotel.
Has a bar in lobby. Prices are OK for a hotel. Guys in the bar were also nice and speak fluent English.
Staff professional and helpful.
Comfy beds. Not comfy pillows.
Good noise insulation.
Good bathroom.

Pillows are almost non-existent. They are so thin, you need to FOLD your pillow to sleep.
There's no regular housekeeping. You have to book it for the next day, if you want. It was OK for us, but awkward.
The location is very far from city center. It is close to U4 metro line. But you would need to switch to another subway line to go to places like Marienplatz, Olimpiapark, etc.
The neighbourhood is a business area and is not the best at night. Also almost nothing to eat or buy nearby. Only 1-2 restaurants 5 min walk away, which close around 22:00. Only 1 supermarket 5 min walk away which close relatively early. There's no hotel restaurant for you to eat, which makes things worse.
Like all other hotels in München, they charged 5-6 times the regular amount, beacuse it was Oktoberfest period. They would say it is a free market and how capitalism works, but paying 5x for the same room seems opportunistic and frustrating.
20€ extra per person for breakfast is little bit expensive.

A wonderfully clean and modern hotel. Room was spacious and the bathrooms were incredible. An easy walk to the train station to get you anywhere you need to go. Lobby bar was also quite nice.

Bathroom was gross and the front desk was rude and mentioned don’t do the “early check-in” it is an absolute mess!

Unfortunately, it is a bad hotel and they refused to clean the room under the pretext of not having enough staff to clean and they left the room without cleaning. I will never stay there again nor recommend it.

The suite was a good size. Modern feel to it. Clean linen, brightly lit and lovely walk in shower. There was enough space for my toddler to get comfy in.
Hotel staff were customer centric and went out of their way to make our experience positive. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety too.

NOT RECOMMEND TO BOOK EARLY CHECK-IN FOR AN IMPORTANT CUSTOMER
Even though they made us book one extra night for as an "early check-in", they cancelled the room and the guest could not get the room on the next early morning!
We asked the hotel for an early check-in, and they recommended to book for full one extra night on the previous day, so our guest can for sure get the room the next early morning.
So we did, made it sure by email for several times with credit number as the guarantee, so that the room will not be canceled even no-show on the previous night, and asked them to keep the room until the next morning.
I extra called them the previous night at 20:30, and asked them not to cancel the room, so the guest can get it for sure the next morning. The front guy has acknowledged and told me on the phone, that the room is checked in for him, so he can only show up the next morning at 7:00 to get the room for sure. Then I sent them an email to make sure of it AGAIN.
The guest arrived the next morning, and he was told that the room is cancelled because of no-show. They even told the guest that there is NO ROOM AVAILABLE for him.

Nice breakfast with a wide variety of food. Recommended! Children under 6 are for free. Price is 19 euros per person.
Clean and comfy rooms, with silent AC, and good lighting. Free wifi. Free Parking in the nearby streets, 25 euro in front of hotel and 30euro in the garage
