I can just say I like the place you have everything close

This is not a luxury place. You see an AC unit in pictures, but look at the fine print and you will see AC is not included... cost an extra $9 a day for AC. Shower was a hose out of a wall with no head or hot water. AC didnt work in the room at first, had to step outside. But later worked in room intermittenly. They only offer to clean every other day. 27 Feb 24 Not a place for westerners with high expectations! If you want 5 star accommodation, go to the beach & pay. Quaint nice, clean, Michele was very welcoming, she did great. You can tell the manager has burned out on nitpicky westerners & locals. You can also see that it is a work in progress, .. Updating as he gets the money.

Perfect if you are passing through! Cold water capricious electricity! Staff attentive and present 24/24 and very accommodating. If you want to sleep local this is the best thank you for the welcome 🇩🇴😘

They did not clean the place at all. And master bed 🛌room bathroom sink was broken. And we had to mop the floor every day and the water 💧was ⚫◼⬛. And the dishes was not clean at all

The pool is great, short walk to beautiful beach. No hot water on the island

Great place to visit. Go to the waterfalls and make sure you take the horse. It's a heck of a walk. Up and down hills

Bathroom could use a nice scrubbing. Not enough water running to take a shower in the AM. Had to use an empty water bottle to get the trickling water for a morning wash. AC was cold though and staff was pleasant.

Cant really do better than 3 stars here, not that kind of hotel. However, if you just need a place to crash and you don't have time for amenities anyway, the place fits the bill.

My family and I went here last February 2022 to escape the NYC winter. The weather was perfect and the staff there were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Wonderful family friendly resort. I have stayed at this resort years ago and it is even better now with all the renovations. So much things to do with the kids including the new children water park they have in the Princess Family Club. So much food options between buffets and restaurant. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. My 3 yr old and 10 year old had a great time!

The resort is a nice 20-30 minute drive from the airport. We stayed in the platinum section and had a wonderful experience. The platinum check in was painless. We had an app where we were able to make reservations 2 days in advance. I recommend this to everyone since the lines seemed long. The suites were beautiful and the beach fantastic! In the summer there is a tendency to have a lot a seaweed wash up on shore but daily the resort removed much of it. The food was very good and in addition to buffets there were restaurants included. We all had a fantastic time and definitely would go back!

The one and only non-all-inklusive-resort! Only 15 min by car to PUJ airport. Good place for first arrival on Hispaniola island. Very simple but good hotel. Beer is served cooold!

The staff and place was good. They had just added a restaurant and was going to start taking credit cards.

The rooms are nice. Super cold AC little pool but for the price it cant be beat. Only con was that the WiFi did not reach our room.
