Rested for 2 weeks in November. The location of the hotel is good, a beautiful large beach. Several other hotels of the same chain are nearby. Hotel Riu Naiboa is quite old and needs updating. Pretty good for the price. The kitchen is good, there is a sufficient selection of dishes, even for picky tourists. There is also a water park shared by several hotels.

The hotel is located within a large local resort with double security, ensuring excellent security. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, the breakfast is plentiful, and the service is high-quality. Other hotel facilities, including the pool and beach service, are also excellent. The only downside was the excessive seaweed on the beach during our visit (October), which dampened the experience.

From check in to check out, service is poor and slow, staff are generally surly. Hotel sits right on the beach which is great, stretches of the beach to either side of the hotel are not well maintained and there is a lot of trash.

This is our 4th stay at Impressive Premium. We are impressed with Impressive premium. They even upgraded us to an ocean front villa this time!!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel; the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was delicious! The location is perfect. However, I was disappointed that although they promised a delightful seaside breakfast the following morning, they neglected to mention that a sales pitch for an expensive membership would be included.

The food here is amazing. That's the thing I checked for the most when I go on vacation and this place did not disappoint. Though I do recommend having the premium membership in order to get in on the real good food the beach was nice, but mostly on the premium side. And there's usually something entertaining and fun to do I really recommend the Michael Jackson show.

I didn’t appreciate how we paid for adults only but come to find out. It was only adults only where we rest our head at night. The entire facility had children except for where we slept which was the hideaway. That needs to be disclosed because there was a lot of children which we didn’t want to be around. I loved my stay at Finest Punta Cana! I stayed in an Imperial Suite and Marlon my butler was the best. He checked in with me every day to make sure my stay was comfortable and made my dinner reservations.
