I was expecting more from a 5 stars resorts. Food and beverages options weren't up to expectations. Staff were amazing 👏.

I have no complaints, the people that serve are as usual, cordial, kind and ready to serve us. The Dominican Republic is one of my favorite nations to visit, because of the reasons I mentioned.

The hotel isn't bad, but it has a lot of room for improvement. Aside from the buffet in the dining room, they advertise a variety of restaurants, but the reality is that they're only open for dinner, and the reservation policy is so poorly managed that it's practically impossible to dine there. Since our arrival, my stay at the Royalton Punta Cana has been among of the best. The check-in process was quick and simple, and Jefrey was always helpful and attentive. The meal was excellent, and Jefrey was able to make reservations at nice restaurants while we were there. The property is huge! It’s a very beautiful hotel. Alot of food options. We paid for the diamond club upgrade, the only thing I didn’t like was some of the diamond club bars did not have the premium liquor of our liking. So we did drink from our own bottle in our room a lot. Other than, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is good , beach is suck because there have seaweed a lot. Jade restaurant is okay and not well food. My partner and I suppose to get king bed but there had double beds.

Relaxing all inclusive vacation with fun for the whole family. Dinner options and access to other resort locations like Punta Cana were nice from Esmeralda. Staff is so helpful and accommodating. Beautiful swim up rooms and great beach. We hope to visit again soon.

Loved this hotel. Esmeralda truly met all my expectations. That part of the resort was less crowded, and the staff was amazing. Excellent service all around. There is even a guest desk in every villa, very helpful without having to go to the lobby. The gym was well equipped, the rooms spacious and clean. Buffet food was excellent. Will definitely come back.

Loved the spacious room and balcony view to garden, access to pools and lots of dining options on property. The staff was friendly.

Stay was good . Didn’t like you could hear all the night activities & people walking around from our rooms . Rooms are a little outdated . But staff was nice & friendly & food was great !

The shows were very good and everyday was something different. The one thing I didn’t like was that the morning staff at Caicu restaurant were not very attentive.

Some delays at reception to check in but generally was all OK, with friendly staff and great attention to detail. Food and entertainment are excellent! They should improve the beverages or cocktails. Generally good resort! I will come back. Good variety good flavor! All comfortable !

Really enjoyed every second of my stay

This was my first all inclusive trip and it was Amazing! The staff are all amazing and consistent with their customer service. They made it feel like home away from home. Far exceeded our expectations! Beautiful resort with super friendly staff. Our butler Nathanael M was incredible. He was always available and filled all our requests quickly and with a smile. The food was good. My kids enjoyed the swim up bars for non-alcoholic drinks.
