We had the elite club swim up suite. The room was spacious and very comfortable.the new remodel is amazing. Being elite, we had excellent service and food options. The elite pool and bar service is so worth the extra charge.

Everything was as stated 4*. Everything was ok regarding the food, we were not hungry, the selection was wide: fish, meat, salads, vegetables, cheeses-meat cuts, fruits: papaya, pineapple always, mango for dinner. The rooms are not new, but everything works properly. Refrigerator, minibar, safe, Wi-Fi. The beach is like in the pictures. They are currently undergoing renovation, we lived in a suite and it needed scheduled repairs, we were asked to move to Riu Bamba, a hotel of a higher category. We agreed. Now we are settling in a new place. I will also write a review about Bamba)

the hotel really deserves 4 stars, the rooms are large, a large balcony. The animation is great, the animators are very active both during the day and in the evening. the program is for a week, then there is a repeat. despite the fact that the hotel is not located on the first line of the ocean, at a slow pace you can walk in 5-7 minutes. there is a separate bar and restaurant at the hotel on the beach. what to drink or have a snack at lunch and in the evening it is not necessary to go back to the hotel. The territory is very large you can lie on the grass and on the sand and by the pool. on the territory of the hotel itself there are 3 restaurants and 4 bars. (not counting the beach). The staff is responsive and polite, the food is delicious

EXCELLENT HOTEL, LOCATED ON THE ATLANTIC OCEAN COAST. FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF, COZY ROOMS, DELICIOUS FOOD IN THE DINING ROOM, AND ALSO WHAT THEY DON'T WRITE IN OTHER REVIEWS, AND THIS IS THE SOFT WARM AND HUMID CLIMATE, THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BAY OF PUNTA EL CORTECITO, WITHOUT TEMPERATURE CHANGES AND "FOUL HEAT", THE ONLY MINOR MINUS IS THAT THE HOTEL IS FAR FROM THE CITY AND CIVILIZATION, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO DRIVE 10 MINUTES TO THE NEAREST MALL, BUT DESPITE THIS, YOU WILL NOT YOU WILL MISS IT, BECAUSE THERE IS GOOD ANIMATION THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL AND THE ADJACENT RIU HOTELS AND MANY SPORTS GAMES ON THE BEACH.

Amazing beach and possibility to use the area of a neighbor hotel.

This place is great because of its proximity to Bavaro beach.

The rooms and facilities have a lot of room for improvement but you're here for Bacaro beach to enjoy the white sand, blue waters, and coastal climate.

Staff are super nice. Rooms are decent but I didn't come here to lounge in the rooms. I came for the beach

Rested for 2 weeks in November. The location of the hotel is good, a beautiful large beach. Several other hotels of the same chain are nearby. Hotel Riu Naiboa is quite old and needs updating. Pretty good for the price. The kitchen is good, there is a sufficient selection of dishes, even for picky tourists. There is also a water park shared by several hotels.

We were there last February and loved it we did not encounter anything like some of the reviews say we were there for 2 weeks and it was perfect pool was always clean and I would give the food a 9 out of 10 great places

Our first interaction at check in was great ! Front desk staff was amazing especially ABEL. He is the only good thing about the hotel. He was always there to help and answer any questions as well as recommend the best restaurant and tours.
The hotel is very disappointing, rooms are outdated, bed is worn, filling was falling out of pillows: let’s not talk about the food,Very awful , had pizza and fruits for the whole week. No real entertainment In the days
Honestly don’t waste your money .

My 2 stars are generous.
I booked this hotel because it was 4 stars. Don't know where the 4 came from. But this is the lower of the Rui resorts.

There is NO ENGLISH on this resort, even the entertainment at night 😔. I've been to DR many many time at different resorts and this is clearly the WORST!

- The rooms were ok. AC didn't work. I was constantly sweating & it was on high.
- As the sun goes down, u dont want to be by the pool & keep your doors closed to avoid the mosquitoes
- there's only 1 pool for the resort. Which was often dirty. The towels smelled HORRIBLE, just bring ur own.
- The entertainment was good
- The beach is a HOT 🔥 🥵 10-13 mins walk
- The water was full of sea weeds, but people were still enjoying their money. Be aware of the hecklers!
- the food was a 3/10 just bland and basic. Bring your own hot sauce and anything to enhance the taste.
- There is NO HOT TABLE here, like other resorts u can get a hot bowl of pasta....nope dream on!
- the fish station, well Humm...if u like eating sushi u would love it not....u are eating raw fish!
- All the drinks were Diet because they didn't taste good....just bring the Pepsi from the room to dinner as a backup! Bring your own straws.

Lastly, this hotel is for the staff and there families and the workers.....cause all of us eating together.

I honestly couldn't wait to leave our last night I was so over it. We ate fries and rice n Plantain in honey the whole time.....I definitely lost some weight! Lol
