We arrived yesterday. Four people two rooms. We are moving to another resort now. The guy at the check in was very condescending. The rooms didn’t get below mid 80s. Barely any towels. Rooms are old and worn. Steps are cracked. One pool is green. The food is maybe a 3 out of 10. Breakfast was better than dinner. For a minimal price difference, there are many other options in the area. So so so so disappointed. Hopefully our travel company will be able to get part of the charge recovered. This was absolutely horrible. Everyone looks miserable except the cleaning ladies. They were very kind.

We were 5th time here. The hotel is nice, great location but it needs better maintainance. They should invest more into renovation. WiFi is extremly bad, food in Mirador good (the pics of the food are from there). The quality of a snack bar at the beach has gone down, not to recommend.
The air conditioning in room loud, hardly copes to get the temperature down; without ventilator on, impossible to be in the room. They should serve cocktails and beer in glasses, not that awful plastic ones. We tipped cleaning Lady every two day because she was polite and cleaned well. Some employees were not very friendly, five years ago staff was much better. We would like to come and see some renovations, I do not think that old things are bad just new things are good. For the first time we had digestive problems, the whole family. Staff needs some lessons in how to treat guests. If you have an oldtimer you can take care of it and it is in great shape or you can let it go and it becomes a wreck. Hope the owners read the reviews

Very good for the low cost. Clean rooms with nice bathrooms. Nice beds with newer mattresses. One restaurant and one buffet but very good food overall. Pools and seating outside all very clean. Grounds are well kept. Drinks are well made - see Ricardo by the pool and the woman in the lobby for the best ones. Snacks not available at all times but pizza, burgers, dogs, and fries available between lunch and dinner. No entertainment. Would go back here for the right price again. You're getting 3.5 star place for a 3.0 star price.

Pictures on the website are far from reality. The food was decent the staff are decent. Beach was probably the only good part of this hotel. Checked in gave us a room with two beds go look at the room and the bathroom has a leak go back to the desk they give us semi ocean view room with king bed. Room still outdated AC barely keeps the room cool and bed bugs. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here as part of a package deal through a tour company. The beautiful beach is just steps away. Yes, there is a little seaweed and erosion, but it was SO great! Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little worn and AC worked but not that great. The food was okay and they had a lot of variety. If you are BOUGIE then you could upgrade to VIP area of hotel. 🤣 I would definitely come back if I get another amazing travel deal here!

We were there 3 weeks ago. Needs updates! Evening shows suck. Food was great and housekeeping was awesome. Bartenders were also awesome. Unfortunately you can not have beer, etc in your fridge because they do not have cans, and if you go offsite it's expensive. The pool is disgraceful, and not much of a beach, eroding. We will not be going back, but ok if you don't want to spend too much

Horrible experience, the security jeopardized our safety FIRST night. We got a Uber to come drop us off, the security refused to let us through the gate. It’s 5am in the morning, there’s no lights, it’s pitch dark. He then told us we had to walk from the gate to the hotel (two females alone in the dark for a 15min walk to the lobby) not the scenario any one should put themselves when traveling in a foreign country. Obviously we refused, my friend wasn’t appropriately dressed, anything could have happened to us had we walked alone with no male escorting us. Eventually we got in after causing an huge scene and we wanted to speak to the manager, the front desk lied to us and said he will be in at 10am in the morning. We came at 10am to make our complaint and the workers told us no he will not be in till 4pm, basically disregarding the whole situation. Nothing was taken seriously.

The rooms are also horrible, toilet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. (I will be attaching photos) the washroom is disgusting, showers have gunk on it. We paid for an ocean view as well and of course we didn’t get it, the photos on the site are VERY misleading. The cleaners & waiting staff are very friendly, unfortunately that’s the only compliment I can give.

I booked not expecting luxury or much comfort, but because reviews rating the food as good and even excellent.. l don’t agree with such, for my experience the food in general was awful, and it’s not even Dominican cuisine, not worth going there.
And among others things not worth wasting your time and money coming here is: when are the Dominican resorts going to put an end to the never ending boring Michael Jackson imitation? It’s so annoying, if going to DR l want to learn Dominican culture, not American, and besides, the majority of guests are not even Americans but Europeans. Go figure!!

Will not come back here anymore! One pool ( the deep one) was closed and no A/C in the rooms for the entire trip. No one told us before coming here or we would have cancelled. The food was good and the service was ok. There’s not much of a beach to enjoy. A person is way better off going to a different (and better) resort

Before to arrive I was very scared as I read some very bad reviews. BUT it is a very nice place, our room is clean and everything works, the food is great, staff is very nice, gardens are well maintained. There is everything you need to have nice holidays. Indeed the hotel needs some refreshments, but doesn't stop us to have good time.
The main problem could the eroded beach.
My advice : if you have high expectations, spend more money and go somewhere else.
It was my first time in all inclusive and i would come back or advice this place.
