We have been to many all-inclusive adults only resorts in Punta Cana. Punta Cana Princess is an older resort and the rooms are not updated with all the new tech stuff (USB chargers, fancy lamps, etc.) but they are maintained and look nice. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. There was one large pool, compared to other resorts that have multiple pools. The outstanding part of this resort was the beach. Probably the best beach we have been to in Punta Cana. It is wide and nicely slopping into the ocean. There is no coral or rocks in the swimming area and the seaweed was at a minimum. The beachside bar was nice and bartend staff very friendly. The beachside restaurant/bar has very nice seating and is open very late. There were just a few small restaurants that had good food (a very unique fondue place was cool). A nice surprise was the main dining area with buffet. Every all-inclusive has these as the main place to eat and food is not usually very good. However, this buffet was excellent! Food changed a little every day and was very fresh and tasty. If you want to try an all inclusive for the first time to see if you like it, this is the place. Lots of good stuff and it won't break the bank. We upgraded to the Honeymoon suite with the VIP package, definitely worth the little extra money, if you can afford it.

Great hotel, great staff and entertainment team are fantastic. Always entertaining and friendly. Jazmin and her team are fantastic.

Staying in the Honeymoon room and it is big with jacuzzi upstairs. Cleaned everyday.

Food is repeated but taste good. I defo would come back.

Love the people here! Very friendly always encouraging interactions with them and others. My favorite Mileny ❤️❤️❤️ what fun! She and the others have been such fun and she especially for me is a shining light and I needed that. She doesn’t give up on getting you involved very easily. Love that. My family loves her. We will be back again!

Great resort for adult to relax. The reason I don't give this resort 5 stars is because of the food. With that being said, the servers made up for the quality and lack of variety. The animation team are awsome! Always keeping visitors involved. Each of them are great dancers as well. Having access to the sister resort, Tropical Deluxe Princess, is a plus. I Recommend this resort.

I had an amazing experience at punta Cana princess adults only. Me and my wife had an amazing experience! Jose at the reception was super kind and helpful. The chauffeurs and luggage folks were a huge help. The rooms are pretty decent only some cosmetic things but the pool was very nice and not too crowded. The restaurants were decent, our favorite spot was definitely the snack bar by the beach. I would say for the price you get here it’s the perfect investment to get to know punta Cana and be introduced to its all inclusives. I can definitely say the hospitality here is great. I loved this guy Freddy, super kind, our bartender Gregorio was nice and the parties in the lobby were great! The security around the beach at night made us feel safe and secure. The beach around this time had too much seaweed unfortunately, but you definitely get your money’s worth in food, drinks, swimming, and overall a great experience. The DJing could use some work, the food could have been a little better. That being said, I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a budget getaway and would return!

I was forced to submit a previous review by the animation team. They will literally grab your phone and go to put a 5 star for the resort. This is my truthful review of the resort and if you are looking for a genuine one please read.

1. Majority of staff are not friendly at all especially if you are black. They treat you like you are non existent and take forever to attend to you at the buffett and at the restaurants.

2. The animation team is also very racist, they will treat you very differently if you are black. It’s pretty disgusting considering you have travellers from all over the world. The shows are very basic and not so entertaining in my opinion.

3. Food was really good compared to other resorts .

4. Drinks were pretty good and there is a 24hr bar.

5. The AC is the room is really loud and doesn’t work properly.

6. Shoutout to Gregorio, his manager and the chef’s at the snack bar who were the only nice and friendly people at the resort. They really made the vacation worthwhile.

To conclude, I have been to other resorts in Punta Cana and this one was the most unfriendly with very rude staff members. I enjoyed the food and the 24hr bar at nights but that’s about it and most of the reviews here are not genuine. The animation team are the ones grabbing people’s phone and leaving 5 stars.

Jasmine in the animation department is the hardest working and nicest person. I truly enjoy her dedication to the enjoyment of the visitors at Punta Cana Princess resort. I’ve been coming here since 2012. And I’ll keep coming back because of people like her!!!

Tge resort is peaceful and great. The food is above par and the restaurants did not disappoint once. The staff at the resort is also very kind and very helpful and they truly make you feel a part of the experience. Yuri and Jazmin especially standout in particular. They are very outgoing and they are very dedicated and hardworking. I’d recommend the stay just for the staff.

Great trip to Punta Cana Princess. Top notch place. There were a few staff members who really made us feel welcome. Make sure to visit the beach bar. The older bartenders are great! Frank makes a dandy frozen margarita. Make sure to chat with Charles, and get that couples massage on the beach. Food is good. Call the guest services in the morning and let them know you want your room cleaned and mini bar restocked. Internet impressive. Literally sitting on the beach with good wifi. Good in the room and by pool as well. Relax and enjoy!

Juli & Frankelis and friends are fantastic! Great animation team! Bartenders are great, especially Louisa - you should definitely ask for a Louisa special if you want a delicious drink. Servers are great, especially Jonathan - thanks for our special table! Everyone is so friendly and fun. Absolutely fantastic vacation in a perfectly sized smaller resort with great activities daily. Highly recommend!
