I was forced to submit a previous review by the animation team. They will literally grab your phone and go to put a 5 star for the resort. This is my truthful review of the resort and if you are looking for a genuine one please read.

1. Majority of staff are not friendly at all especially if you are black. They treat you like you are non existent and take forever to attend to you at the buffett and at the restaurants.

2. The animation team is also very racist, they will treat you very differently if you are black. It’s pretty disgusting considering you have travellers from all over the world. The shows are very basic and not so entertaining in my opinion.

3. Food was really good compared to other resorts .

4. Drinks were pretty good and there is a 24hr bar.

5. The AC is the room is really loud and doesn’t work properly.

6. Shoutout to Gregorio, his manager and the chef’s at the snack bar who were the only nice and friendly people at the resort. They really made the vacation worthwhile.

To conclude, I have been to other resorts in Punta Cana and this one was the most unfriendly with very rude staff members. I enjoyed the food and the 24hr bar at nights but that’s about it and most of the reviews here are not genuine. The animation team are the ones grabbing people’s phone and leaving 5 stars.

Jasmine in the animation department is the hardest working and nicest person. I truly enjoy her dedication to the enjoyment of the visitors at Punta Cana Princess resort. I’ve been coming here since 2012. And I’ll keep coming back because of people like her!!!

Tge resort is peaceful and great. The food is above par and the restaurants did not disappoint once. The staff at the resort is also very kind and very helpful and they truly make you feel a part of the experience. Yuri and Jazmin especially standout in particular. They are very outgoing and they are very dedicated and hardworking. I’d recommend the stay just for the staff.

Great trip to Punta Cana Princess. Top notch place. There were a few staff members who really made us feel welcome. Make sure to visit the beach bar. The older bartenders are great! Frank makes a dandy frozen margarita. Make sure to chat with Charles, and get that couples massage on the beach. Food is good. Call the guest services in the morning and let them know you want your room cleaned and mini bar restocked. Internet impressive. Literally sitting on the beach with good wifi. Good in the room and by pool as well. Relax and enjoy!

Juli & Frankelis and friends are fantastic! Great animation team! Bartenders are great, especially Louisa - you should definitely ask for a Louisa special if you want a delicious drink. Servers are great, especially Jonathan - thanks for our special table! Everyone is so friendly and fun. Absolutely fantastic vacation in a perfectly sized smaller resort with great activities daily. Highly recommend!

The room facilities are not good, the shower head is often broken, the bathtub is basically unusable, the water volume is too small, the effect is 0, there are even wheels under the bed, leaning back for a while, the bed will teleport to the front. Due to the climate, there are a lot of mosquitoes.
The food can only be said to be satisfactory, there is no highlight, but the waiter is very good and often adds water.
The only highlight is that the beach is very beautiful, the sea water quality is great, there are plenty of parasols and lounge chairs, it is very comfortable to lie on the beach for a day, towels are provided for self-service, and there is a bar next to it that provides self-service drinks.
In general, I came here for the cost-effectiveness. What kind of bicycle is this price? If you have spare money, it would be better to choose a more expensive one.

My husband and I stayed at the Princess Punta Cana for a week. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the resort. The staff are very attentive and friendly, we enjoyed the resort so much partially due to the staff, they are all great ! The entertainment team are excellent and work really hard to offer you great entertainment from day to night. A special mention to Valeria who is a credit to the resort. The reception staff are always quick to resolve any issues you may have, (key card stopped working / small leak from air con unit) the staff resolved it immediately. The staff hold themselves with such decoram and respect, we witnessed some entitled guest be extremely rude to the staff through no fault of the staff, they were always polite and courteous back to said entitled persona, I cannot same I’d be so polite back. The only negative is we upgraded to the VIP package, which we are unsure we would do again, partially because we didn’t use it to its full potential, which is not the resorts fault merely ours. You get unlimited room service which we didn’t use. We preferred the none VIP area of the beach, however is this is personal choice. We did benefit from a sea view room, with close proximity to the beach and pool. complimentary rum bottle and a lobster meal for two. The food is nice and we always had plenty of options, we enjoyed all the restaurants. Given the opportunity we would definitely return to Punta Cana Princess.

I had the trip of a lifetime at Punta Cana Princess. The views were breathtaking, the service was impeccable, and the location was hard to beat. Punta Cana Princess is more laid back to other resorts, but that is exactly what I was looking for. There were plenty of excursions from snorkeling, party boats, ziplining, and nature tours to choose from for more adventure. I would also like to shout out Luis in food service and Emilio behind the bar as they were very kind, funny, and attentive.

We went with our closest friends and we had an awesome time with almost everyone at the hotel. We enjoyed the music, activities and games. Tequila, Valeria y Erika were the best entertainment team ever. The food was amazing and the waitress and chef were kind and friendly. Also Maria our bartender she was funny and super friendly ! I will upload pictures soon.
