Also, I have to add that my go to man for any help or questions I have had is Luis. He is amazing. This was my second trip there, the last was in 2019. Would you believe that as soon as he seen me, he remembered me and come right to me with arms open. 5 years passed and he did not forget me. He would check on me daily and make sure I had everything I needed. I left my charger home and he would come to me daily with a charger for my phone and asked me to return it when I was finished with it that day. Note: he didn't own the charger he supplied to me but would ask his friend for it to make sure I was taken care of. This is just one of the examples of how great of a man he has been to me. And another note: he never did ask or even expect a tip, he done it from the goodness of his heart ❤️. When we return to this resort, he will be the biggest contributing factor to my return. Yet, the following day any initial disappointment and bad mood quickly dissipated thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ana at the reception. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure my comfort. To say that I was overly impressed by Ana's warmth and professionalism is an understatement. In the next few moment, I was graciously relocated to a stunning room overlooking the ocean, instantly transforming my experience into the classic picture of a 5-star Punta Cana getaway.
From that point forward, my time at the hotel was nothing short of delightful. The staff exhibited professionalism at every turn, the culinary offerings (especially at the Mexican restaurant) were great (I got get sick when I first came other unnamed resort in Punta Cana a year ago, and I did not have those problems here at Princess) . Moreover, the ambiance with beautiful ocean views and pristine beachfront truly encapsulated the essence of a tropical paradise.
I do recommend this property and I hope everyone else will have as much fun as I did.
The animation staff were great and fun to be around and hard working.
There were some issues that we encountered in our 7 day stay, but nothing that would prevent me from coming back.
Thanks to the animation staff for making our vacation extra special and fun.
