Fantastic service , quality food
Lovely 1 night stay - fabulous service and accommodation - pool was fantastic - recommend meet and assist at Cairo airport on arrival - well worth it
It’s the best hotel for a business traveller. Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfy. Food is absolutely amazing
Good choice for nearby airport stay as the hotel is connected with T3.
The hotel’s location near Cairo airport was perfect for our early flight, allowing us to rest more comfortably before departure. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the in-room dining service, which was reasonably priced and convenient. The breakfast was quite nice, offering a good variety of tasty options. Additionally, the shuttle bus service...

The service was incredibly professional and warm, making my stay truly enjoyable. The entire hotel left a fantastic impression on me, and the breakfast spread was excellent.
The room facilities are a bit old but clean and well-maintained. The mattress isn't great. Breakfast is pretty good for Egypt, and the service is excellent. However, I wouldn't recommend booking a Nile view room because the Nile cruise music plays all night until dawn.
Our stay at The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo was nothing short of unforgettable — an experience that felt less like checking into a hotel and more like stepping into a world of genuine care and effortless luxury. From the very first moment, the reception staff welcomed us with warmth and grace, guiding us not just through the check-in process, but through the very heart of Cairo itself. Their thoughtful...
Nice location , convinient room layout, appropriate facilities
Very nice people and the hotel is amazing the view is breathtaking
Let’s start from the front desk. The staff are very friendly and very helpful especially Mr. Ahmad and Nadeem they were so nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.
Housekeeping supervisor Mr. Mohammad was very understandable of the guests’ needs, and the young guy at the housekeeping NoorEdeen was professional.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and genuinely customer focused. We were greeted by Mr Ahmed at the reception, who was exceptionally polite, kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured we were comfortable, and patiently answered all our questions, which made the overall experience very pleasant and reassuring.
Had a wonderful stay there for a week for a wedding. Location is great (near airport and close proximity to different popular areas in Cairo). Mr Hany Khalaf was very helpful and courteous and the hotel staff were all very professional. Also great service at the buffet restaurant and particular from Mr Tamer who was very helpful, especially when we were at the restaurant with our child and baby. Great...
Amazing stay. The Renaissance team works around the clock to make every guest feel comfortable and truly looked after. I also want to acknowledge a few people who genuinely made a difference during my stay—Tamer, Mariam at the buffet, Peter and Ahmed from housekeeping/room service, Mina and Mr. Mohamed Abdelkhalek at the front office, as well as Habiba and Amgad. Their warmth and professionalism really...
I recently hosted my baby girl’s “Sebou” celebration at the hotel.
The food was very good, the hall was beautiful, and the organization was excellent.
All the staff members were very polite and professional, which I really appreciated.
However, there were two issues that really disappointed me:
1. I wasn’t given a room to get ready with my wife and daughter, even though I was willing to pay extra...
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful two-day event on August 30th and 31st.
A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ebram And Mr. Peter for his efforts and presence.
A very special thank you goes to Zeyad and Zeyad Hamada and Ahmed from the Banquet Team at Mokattam Hall for their exceptional cooperation and warm hospitality. You truly embody the meaning of true hospitality. It was a...
Dear Renaissance Mirage Cairo Team,
I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to express my sincere appreciation for Navigator Shady. His excellent personality, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out during my stay. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary, we had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
Excellent stay for my first time in Egypt with the warmest welcome from Maria and Farah at the front desk. It was an awesome experience.
Also, I wish to mention Nada Ashraf for making sure my room was tidy and clean.
Kindly extend my appreciation to them as this is the only way to express my gratitude.

Richard .C.C.
We had an excellent experience. Staff are very very friendly and always giving their all to satisfy their residents. None of the staff disappointed me, they were all very kind.
Rooms are spacious, new and clean, we had a balcony view to the pool and it was nice to chill in it at night.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience.
Many thanks to Miss Lina, Miss Habiba and Miss Farah for being very welcoming
Overall fine experience.
Room: the room was very large, however it was a weird arrangement because it was clearly a 2 double bed room pushed together to be a awfully wide king size bed, which means the plugs and light switches are at a weird locations.
Service: good service, nothing to complain about
Other: good breakfast, close to a mall and supermarket
Good hotel with a lot of businesses, companies and meetings rather than relaxing and touring.
I tried the Italian restaurant and the food there are great.
Toilets in the hall need more care
This has been my second stay at the Triumph Luxury Hotel. Both times, I have had the most positive experience. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn City Stars Hotel for three nights during a business trip in November. Here's my detailed review:

Honestly such a 5 star hotel including all amenities. The breakfast is super great, try to catch Mr. Ahmed Redha Team Leader as he will guide you in a good way through it, such a nice guy. I was invited to an event yesterday in one of the hotel's halls, it included breakfast and lunch, the food's taste was average neither liked or disliked it
. service was great and nice, the preparation was so good.
. girls prayer room had no Qibla direction we had to go out and ask someone, it also had a painting on the wall very inconvenient to a prayer room
. regarding the hall, the AC was very cold...
The hotel is 20 minutes away from the airport and the best part is they have a free shuttle service. Thw hotel is very old and outdated and is evident in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast spread is not so elaborate. They have a range of restaurants in the hotel which are very nice and they offer good food.
Located not too far from city centre, a nice place to relax and unwind. Rooms are nice and staff are courteous. I have not seen any SPG hotel (despite being a Platinum member for 9 consecutive years) where Lounge is open 24 hours.
They have a nice bar and very nice restaurants. Spa and Swimming Pool is also nice. They also provide conference and banquetting facilities.
5 star hotel. Most nights have a duet singing English, Arabic and French songs. Very to Cairo International Airport and the 1905 built district of Helipolis, where you can see and enjoy the old European architecture: domes and columns
Very well received by staff. The room was pleasant enough with all the mod cons. Be very careful with your valuables, even if leaving the room for a short period. The breakfast is excellent if you appreciate that you won't get a typical English breakfast.
nice place.. loved the 24/7 lounge.. very polite staff... however pay more attention to the facility.. but still great experience

Great breakfast, close to the airport, and there's an older Hilton right next door.
Second time back to the hotel. This time the service was much better than my last stay. Comfortable room and love the turn down service.
Highly recommended for the comfort of the hotel compared to other 5 stars hotels in Cairo that are not on par.
Wow wow wow, it look exactly like the photos but even better. Splendid and scrumptiously clean hotel. All the amenities needed. If you’re reading this review just book it and thank me later. I pay €2000-3000 a night in Europe for something of similar quality.
I like this hotel so huge nice food and clean a huge lobby with nice designer and comfortable
Great breakfast with many options , great service , , the gym is good as well .
The hotel is new + clean + modern and super close to the airport. And we love the breakfast!
Small touches like a Xiaomi scale and ready-to-use adapters made it easy. And with our late check-in, they prepared the room perfectly — they did turndown service.
酒店很新~干净又现代,离机场超级近,早餐也很不错的。小米体重秤和装好的转换插头这些小细节很贴心。我们checkin很晚,但房间已经备好了夜床服务,谢谢~

For those who are not used to bringing toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers, please ask for them at the front desk in time.
Convenient transportation, close to the airport.
For those who like quiet, stay away from the rooms facing the road, which are noisy at night.
Good place for a night's stay.
I was pretty impressed with how nice the hotel and room was. They had pools that I unfortunately didn't have time to use and great food service and a great breakfast buffet. Even though it was a little far from downtown Cairo the taxis are super cheap so it it still worked out.
Good hotel and location is nice! Super closed to the airport and convenience, will recommend to people that wants to go to Egypt!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive, the facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location is perfect for visiting the Pyramids/GEM. A five-star hotel near the pyramids, it is very convenient to get up early and go to the pyramids.
The breakfast is white food, I am not used to it, but I can eat enough.
The hygiene is OK
No toothbrush is provided, there are large bottles of shampoo and shower gel, and slippers
Compared with Mina Palace Marriott, it is more affordable, and compared with the pyramids, the service is better and safer
Good hotel with most of the features that make it a 5-star, a touch old though.
Nice view, quite area, comfortable bed , clean. They delayed our check in and my boyfriend get stressed as he had an online meeting so he had to be at the room . The reception upgraded our room and get us in the room immediately when they realized the disappointment. This is good for them and very professional.
The staff is very helpful also Dina she is polite .

In October 2025, we spent two nights at the Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo. The room was comfortable and looked out over the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). The downside? It also looked out on the highway so was fairly noisy. But, hey we were jet lagged, so that did not pose too much of a problem. The breakfast buffet had just about anything one could desire, including cold hibiscus...
Started off badly but ended on a very good and happy note. We were allocated two cottages in a area where a lot of renovation work was going on. There was a lot of noise and dust as well. Hotel is situated beside a very busy road, although noise not a issue from our bungalow. Impossible to cross the road on foot to visit the fantastic Grand Egyptian Museum opposite, but we found Uber worked very well for all trips & excellent value. The hotel bungalows are very tired but kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. There is a refurb in progress, which didn't cause us any problems. ...
The location is ideal, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the bungalows are showing their age. The hotel has started renovating them, and they will be very nice. I'm sure the hotel will be much nicer once the renovation is finished. I can definitely recommend the hotel.
Hi, my sister and I really enjoyed stay the hotel. The staff is very nice, if you don't know, they will advise you. The food was delicious. Absolutely fantastic! Breakfast with a view of the Nile, and the hotel itself exudes an 'old money' charm – truly beautiful. The facilities are excellent too. This is my hotel of the year. It's infinitely better than the St. Regis Shanghai. Exceeded all my expectations! And for any ladies out there choosing a hotel, skip the Waldorf Astoria and book this one instead, the difference is significant.

The room decor and facilities were quite new, and the service was excellent. The fresh juice was delicious! Great service. Location is good. If the food coat in the mole were open, it would be more great, but it was not their faultult
The facilities in the hotel are very poor
my mistake for not reading more reviews before booking. like most reviewed, it's a dated hotel beside an abandoned mall. loud music everyday from morning till wee morning, not for sound sensitive sleeper. cleanliness is questionable, the 2 drinking cups were dirty - 1 with hair, 1 with very visible stain. the staffs were the only commendable ones, with expectable service and friendliness, nothing beyond
The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was big and quiet, but the hygiene standards were far way from five star hotels. The bed linens smelled bad had stains and body hair on them. Apparently they were not removed and replaced between guests.
The hotel is near the airport and we can get to the airport in early morning as we had an early flight. We had a welcoming drinks when we arrived and it was very good. The room is large and comfortable and the staff is helpful too. We paid an extra fee for early check in the morning for cleaning ourselves and it is acceptable for that.
great place to stay near the airport and staff were great. rooms are a bit outdated and the room wasn’t the cleanest, we found bejeweled pieces everywhere in our room. it was a good enough place for us to shower and rest for a few hours due to a 20hr layover.

The actual situation is different with the photos on the booking site. Windowless rooms. The location of the hotel is also not very good. It's a place you might not want to visit on your own. We rented a tour from the hotel. Guide Fatma is an amazingly good guide.
They are very very kind. Our room had an amazing view just in front of the pyramids. The breakfast was quite good and with a wide variety of things.
I am very happy to have chosen this place.
Best hotel view!! Breakfast everyday in front of the Pyramids was my favorite activity!!
We stayed there in August 2121.
The location: though in a very poor part of Giza, I felt safe all the time, even when wedecided to explore the back alleys as a way to escape th scalpers (the main route is directly to the entrance of the pyramids compound); and it allowed an impossible to beat view of the Pyramids! To move around, Uber is the best option.
The hotel itself is simple, but the cleanest...
