Room: the room was very large, however it was a weird arrangement because it was clearly a 2 double bed room pushed together to be a awfully wide king size bed, which means the plugs and light switches are at a weird locations. The hotel is 20 minutes away from the airport and the best part is they have a free shuttle service. Thw hotel is very old and outdated and is evident in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast spread is not so elaborate. They have a range of restaurants in the hotel which are very nice and they offer good food.

Located not too far from city centre, a nice place to relax and unwind. Rooms are nice and staff are courteous. I have not seen any SPG hotel (despite being a Platinum member for 9 consecutive years) where Lounge is open 24 hours. They have a nice bar and very nice restaurants. Spa and Swimming Pool is also nice. They also provide conference and banquetting facilities.

Very well received by staff. The room was pleasant enough with all the mod cons. Be very careful with your valuables, even if leaving the room for a short period. The breakfast is excellent if you appreciate that you won't get a typical English breakfast.

The hotel is new + clean + modern and super close to the airport. And we love the breakfast! Small touches like a Xiaomi scale and ready-to-use adapters made it easy. For those who are not used to bringing toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers, please ask for them at the front desk in time. Convenient transportation, close to the airport. For those who like quiet, stay away from the rooms facing the road, which are noisy at night.

Good place for a night's stay.

I was pretty impressed with how nice the hotel and room was. They had pools that I unfortunately didn't have time to use and great food service and a great breakfast buffet. Even though it was a little far from downtown Cairo the taxis are super cheap so it it still worked out.

I can’t write a review on the rooms as my visit to this resort was only to dine into one of the best restaurants in Cairo “Mare Social”. Next visit to Cairo, I may book a room for few nights to just relax and enjoy the quietness and beauty of this place. It is highly recommended even for families as there some nice activities for children.

Hi, my sister and I really enjoyed stay the hotel. The staff is very nice, if you don't know, they will advise you. The food was delicious. A hotel with clean sheets nestled on a boat on the Nile. That's where all the positive things begin and end. The photos shown bear no resemblance to current reality. This boat should have been paid off years ago. It's old, worn, and decaying.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was big and quiet, but the hygiene standards were far way from five star hotels. The bed linens smelled bad had stains and body hair on them. Apparently they were not removed and replaced between guests.

The hotel is near the airport and we can get to the airport in early morning as we had an early flight. We had a welcoming drinks when we arrived and it was very good. The room is large and comfortable and the staff is helpful too. We paid an extra fee for early check in the morning for cleaning ourselves and it is acceptable for that.

The Nile cruise is excellent. I stayed two nights, one of the happiest days of my life. The cabins are well furnished and the space is reasonable, but the restaurant is not diverse, but the Sun Dick is wonderful, especially at sunset, and at this time they make a Nile cruise.
