The worst expedience-in Al gouna on [ 25/6/2024]
As a blogger, I enjoy taking photographs of the establishments I visit. Upon arrival, I spent a brief moment capturing photos with my husband before we intended to be seated and order lunch. Unfortunately, during this time, a waiter approached us in a rude and very disrespectful manner !!!!!
The waiter insisted we sit down and order immediately rather than allowing us a few moments to take photos, citing concerns about the sun setting. This not only disrupted our planned approach to the visit but also left us feeling unwelcome and disrespect
& challenging us to pay a full night to be delighted as a guest !!!!
I contacted the hotel but they didn’t take any action after they ruined my lunch & day !

Incredible dining experience at Maison Bleue! The service, the attention to detail from the staff, the friendliness, everyone is so focused on giving their guests the best possible experience. Incredible atmosphere and super delicious food and drinks. Best bartender in El Gouna! I can 100% recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy a lovely evening to visit the La Maison Bleue. We were not hotel guests but came three times in a row because it was so amazing. Thanks to Mohamed and everyone from the staff, we will definitely come again!

Do not book through the hotel directly. We had a family emergency and we asked to just change the dates for our stay a bit but they would not even change. We have to basically lose all our money. Hotels should accommodate guests and not give them a terrible experience.

La Maison Bleue El Gouna exceeded expectations! The staff, especially Mohammed at reception and Mohammed Khalaf, were incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to fulfill every request. We felt right at home and truly relaxed during our vacation. Highly recommended, especially for those seeking a personalized experience.

The pure definition of luxury and comfort. Incredible staff with great attention to details we’ll definitely be back very soon and very much looking forward to it. A special thank you to Islam the best waiter he went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable.

Extremely disappointing experience. Overpriced, and dull. The once magnificent hotel where my wife and i got married lost touch and soul.

We were only able to visit the pool as it was full the day we went, but still, we enjoyed every minute there. From the high quality, professional and friendly service to the amazing food and architecture. The details and effort put into the building itself are so nice. You cannot go to gouna and not visit honestly. Hopefully next time we’ll be able to sleep there.

I stayed here for 2 days I had a wedding in ElGouna. The location interiors are insane and the rooms are from a movie scene :D ! The location is a little bit far from the attractions but if you're looking to disconnect from the crowd and have a quiet time it's a great pick.
