The air conditioning was leaking terribly, soaking the floor.
The TV is completely broken.
We found rats in the chalet, which was absolutely disgusting!
One of our group members nearly got electrocuted due to an electrical leak in the stove.
The kitchen utensils were covered in mold.
The shower cabin was clogged and unusable.
A foul smell constantly lingered outside the chalet.
Trash was everywhere, making the place feel filthy and neglected.
The swimming pool was beyond dirty, with no proper maintenance.
The water park was so overcrowded that you could wait over an hour just to slide once.
The customer service was shockingly rude and unhelpful.
This place is a disaster. Do not waste a single penny on this cursed resort! I deeply regret ever coming here.
Rooms are suitable area, but AC was awful 😞, weak and need freon.
Room cleaning policy is day after a day🫤
Food is just a nightmare, quality 5/10 , diversity 6/10, we spend all days looking for spoons😭 to have 🍲, in my point of view one of professional housewife may cook better than those.
Staff was helpful, but they need intensive training to do their work better.
Waterrrrrrrr is always hot, as they dunt use ice, speed dispensers, all resort capacity depends on around 6 or 7 dispensers only.
No food area variety although they have many places, we're crowded during meals specially dinner😡
Landlines were all disconnected ☎️
Reception was with a good and rapid response.
The place has an amazing facilities but need strong and right management.
1. Unpleasant and rude staff, especially in the reception. You cannot get any exact information there, only notes to come later, to check somewhere else. They even didn't bother to print out transfer timetable for check-out, it was provided with scandal and it came out times were provided by the organizers, but they didn't bother to print it. Everywhere you go - it seems like you are the the peasant and you asking something from the boss..
2.Most disappointing and routine food ever. The food was stinky, poor, disgusting. you had to eat stinky liver, stinky fish, and ugly boiled beef. Pasta was watery, glue'ish, like boiled two times. always. Cold potatoes, disgusting salads, was a real fail. Everyday - cooked and grilled for two minutes chicken backs with some meat appearance, and old beef dry smelly burgers. Even the memory of that place "food" make me puke :( Ice cream is made from chemical substance, like Juppi or Zuko, so you cannot eat it..
3.Cocktails made from stinky local alcohol with addition of chemical liquids of "fruit" tastes, no juices, no berries, nothing. Beer poured into plastic glasses, 150ml at once only.
4."Resort" full of russians, with their poor mentality, so drinking, loud speeches, arguing, sometimes conflicting was a daily routine.
5.The grass is irrigated with sewer (!!!!) water, so terrible fecal stink is everywhere during the night, so you cannot sleep with open window.
6.rooms are worn-out, air condition torn and making huge noise, so you cannot sleep with AC on.
7. Sunbeds are worn-out, even there are not enough of them.
If it would be possible - i would give minus 5 stars for that experience!!!
